Very nice explanation but still have 1 query .... a wave is a periodic change in some quantity . Like if the gravitational field change periodically in a space then it is said gravitational wave is travelling in that space. Similarly E and M fields for EM wave. But what is the wave in a wave packet or what is a matter wave.
