I already wrote this in some other reaction videos. But this episode does wonders to make Luffy & Straw Hats to feel like a myth/legend even more so than they already do. Gear 5 already did that, but this elevated the myth & legend of SHs even more. And seeing the scale of OP world through regular person/fodder POV is insane. It honestly feels disrespectful to even call them fodder after seeing their everyday struggles & how hard it is to live in this crazy world & how powerless you must feel in front of these legends. Hell, even Crocodile & Moriah must straight up feel like a calamity to 99% of people in that world. One of the best directed and most emotionally touching episodes of all time. Had me teary eyed... Also I feel like this EP would've hit so much more if chat wasn't purposely distracting you so much during key moments, but still, an awesome reaction!

This One Piece fan letter episode elevated the show to an even greater level. The show is more alive now, not that it didn't feel alive in the first place, but now, we are given the perspective that all lives, all characters in One Piece matter. It's not about the Straw Hats, that's why the show isn't titled like that. One Piece is such a perfect title for the show, it really is a one story that consists of many stories, where everything and everyone is connected in a way, even if not everyone knows about each other.

I loved this so much! I think my favorite was the older Marine brother. I loved that his love of Luffy was so personal. I loved the girl too.
