A good tip for beading a tire is put a ratchet strap around the center of the tire and tighten, it pushes the bead outwards

You need to inflate the tyre fast to get that bead set. Pull out the core of the valve. Bigger hole = more air getting in faster. Put a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tyre and tighten it until it is snug enough to push the centre in a little and the sidewalls of the tyre out a bit. Been using that method for decades. Great when you are out in a field.

Not telling you how to do your job as you know it far better than me, but have you ever considered a grinder, went to a demo where bandit industries where demoing one of their beasts and it blew most people away that where there, the through put was absolutely mental and the amount and size of stuff they feed into it was unreal. They said that you could put screens in so you could size the product. Might be worth a look.

I don't know about the size you are looking for but the HEIZOHACK models for a pto of some 100 hp seem more efficient than other brands. I use a disc type on some 130 pto hp and can not put trough what I see the Heizo ones do.
