It’s a absolute joke considering everyone across the country had the same problem 8 hours of waiting getting thrown out after being accused of being a bot and out of 9 friends trying 5 got thrown out 2 of us got frozen and error messages at the payment page.People who also got tickets on the ballot were also allowed to still purchase tickets again 12 hours later and join the queue again like those unsuccessful for another 4 tickets. Max 4 per person it’s meant to be and people have multiple tickets for different shows. Absolutely ridiculous horrible experience. 🤷✌️

I feel bad saying it but I was lucky enough to get chosen for the pre-sale ballot on the Friday night. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Switched laptop on at 6:40pm, joined the waiting room at around 6:50pm. Went into the main queue at 7pm and was told I was number 3600. By 7:20pm I had my tickets and had closed the laptop. Also, due to it being the pre-sale I only paid £135 for each ticket, rather than the full £148 it should be been.

same here! got both cardiff nights, fantastic seats for cheap from pre-sale. We are lucky!

We always get accused of queuing , queue for lobby then queue for another queue, it’s an absolute joke . I feel bad for the people who felt pressure into paying ridiculous prices for the tickets .

The same thing happened to me except then I couldn’t buy the on demand pricing tickets maybe because to much time had passed or because I had clicked on look for other shows assuming those tickets were out. But I added them to my cart and it timed out. I happily would have paid but they never said if you get to ticket pages and no tickets are there watch the page and wait because we will release more tickets at a higher cost within the 10 minutes you have make your purchase.

When the Bay City Rollers where in town all the lasses had to queue around the block to secure the tickets, it was first come first serve.., ticketmaster and other agents need to implement this protocol online. A reference number should be given to you as soon as you are in the lobby/ queue, tickets can only be secured with a reference number . The damage is done now. I have one more gig to attend with ticket master tickets then I,m removing the account. Stick with the smaller venues, support live music ( subject to a decent ticketing agent )

Had the same problem was in the queue from 0900 got to the front no tickets left went to search other Venues and dates and kicked off it was utter shambles. Yet there are loads of after sale tickets now available because of greed but the cost is ridiculous

My 13 year old son loves Oasis especially Liam, he was online from 7am on Saturday trying to get tickets. He finally got through at around 1400 while in a cinema watching despicable me 4! He then just got your session has been suspended message! He was very upset!

I gave up at around just after midday, as had plans to meet friends. Took ages. Awful.

There is of course another way ticket agencies could make things easier and that's to have a registration system for shows that have huge interest. Emily Eavis does this for Glastonbury. Oasis and Ticketmaster could have quite easily done this. After 15 years you would have thought it would be planned better. And the reason they didn't?.....because potentially it makes more money for both parties. The band and it's management are equally to blame. Pure greed.

I logged onto Ticketmaster at 8.30am and was immediately in a queue....the page stayed the same for a good hour with the little blue bar throbbing...then suddenly it changed to "I was 1000 odd in the queue" within 30 minutes it sped down to 50 then 1....then it said "your next"....suddenly the buy tickets dialogue screen opened and I got the tickets..dead easy...instead of queuing outside a venue like in the old days I just sat in my kitchen having breakfast...brilliant !... No complaints here with OASIS or TICKETMASTER.

Well you just got extremely lucky most people were booted out from queue from queue or the page to buy tickets

I can assure you, your pleasant purchasing experience was very much in the minority .. absolute 💩 show for every single person I know who was trying to get tickets.

I had a similar experience and can't actually fault the process either... I just waited patiently for a few hours, didn't press anything, just left the screen going and got the tickets I wanted.
