he was controlling, taking her phone always calling the shots, making her feel worthless about her weight, yelling at her for wanting a burger over beetroot burger. Having to hid her eating habits and always making her feel guilty about it. Reminding her that if it wasn't for him she'd be dead. Nah, they were in a toxic relationship and it was not good for both of them. Helen really needed to find herself. Glad she did.
