With a varied career behind her Helen claims she always 'gets everything she wants'. By her own admission she is 'no 9 to 5 girl' and considers her job as her 'life'. She hopes her pure determination and guts will fare well in the boardroom.

At 0:17 her tone of voice changes, almost like a split personality. I agree with her comment regarding a job as a career, lifestyle and coplete life. Everything I want I get? We are living in the UK in a recession and everbody works for everybody else.

Helen is probably the best candidate that's ever been on it. Unbeaten so far on the show... she will win easily. Jim is nowhere near her ability.... his big Asda win was based on lies remember. Helen's speech in France was remarkable. A real learning curve fr anyone wanting to know how to pitch!

@TheDobsonian Depends on her biz plan, which none of us has a clue. One of the panellists on You're Hired thought that if L Sugar wanted to stand back from the biz, he would choose Helen but if he wanted to be involved/mentor, he would choose Susan.

She was so close to wining!! she is a very clever passionate person who lives to work hard in life and to be successful. I wish she came up with a better buisness plan in the boardroom out of the last 3 in the final. I think if she would of just stuck with what she knows and came up with a bakery idea she would of walked it and the mad inventor would of been fired. this series was excellant 1 of my favs over the years of watching the apprentice. DS.

@SoooBlue Also Helen made pivotal decisions in the junk task to offer the service for free, and also pay a good price when required. This ensured that Helen & her team won that task, if only by a modest margin. What is more, her pitch for the child car seat/ruck sack to La Redoute in Paris was outstanding, and won her team back then a record breaking win! Helen has been speaking up consistently almost right from the start, and has done more than enough to earn the trust & respect of the others.

@Fuzion180 I thought so too but she's a 30 year old executive assistant to the CEO of a bakery (!). On paper, she does not appear to have the entrepreneurial track record that Lord Sugar would be looking for .

@SoooBlue Remember too when Zoe came up with a rather snazzy cover to convey her original concept of "Hip----Replacements" magazine. What did Jim do as PM: he completely ruined it, and turned it into a copy of Womans Weekly from the 1970s! Because of his crazy decision his team lost a task which they could well have won! Having said all this, Jim has seemingly learnt his lessons, and is now performing like a potential business partner for Lord Sugar. He was correct all the way on Wednesday!

@hicm1of12 I agree. Helen is very much like Stella the previous winner - a very organized and efficient PA. But Lord Sugar is not looking for an employee and Helen's absence of entrepreneurial flair was obvious in her dead focus on selling to retailers instead of the public in the Flip It task.

Hard work will only get you so far, talent and ability is crucial if you are going to get £250,000, a lot of people work hard 10+ hour shifts for normal wages, this person has said nothing different to what your average employee would say, she's nice though!

@SoooBlue Jim is shining really brightly now (as he has done in a number of episodes); however, there are times > episodes during this competition wherein he hasn't shone with any real distinction. Remember the dogfood task. Whose idea was it to name one of the products: "Everydog"? That's right, it was Jim! He was very lucky not to get fired that week, and can thank Vince for not bringing him back in the boardroom.

@SoooBlue Do you think that she could have won some of the tasks she has by such incredible margins on occasions if not for monumental decisions? And yes..we have heard about them! Susan has made many mistakes, but these were mostly early on. In the last few tasks she (like Jim especially!) has come into her own. After all she quickly identified the child seat/rucksack, and mobile phone grip holder as being the best products to sell in Paris, and on her own sealed a massive order for the later!

@SoooBlue I'm not sure about her being terribly overrated though, for Lord Sugar has moved her from team to team, and yet she has almost always emerged a winner. Having said that she had been somewhat lucky before yesterday. Jim certainly won the task for her team last week, and in other weeks she has benefitted hugely by being paired up with him, or Suzy: who appears to have precocious talent as a Businesswoman - despite her young age, and naivety in terms of corporate discipline & strategy.

She may have great legs, and both dress & look the part professionally, but she doesn't seem to have much natural flair; dynamism, or vibrant personality, unlike Melody; Jim, or Suzy. Helen is already acting as though she has won the competition, because of her record number of wins! Even so, I think both Jim & Suzy have upped their game considerably recently, and are still very much in the running to win Lord Sugar's backing! The last 2 shows could see one of them shine brighter than Helen?

@SoooBlue Natasha was looking like a top 5 candidate, especially after her inspired decision to create a new type of lads magazine, and leadership of her team, during the task in question. Unfortunately for her Wednesday's selling & stock replenishing task very much exposed her weakness in this fundamental area - particularly under pressure. How on earth can you say Helen especially, and Susan have not done much? 9 wins for Helen in 10 tasks: was that just through sheer coincidence?

We finally saw the mask slip on "miss perfect", when she made the disastrous error of trying to sell to retailers, and then cover it up by acting like schmuck, and blaming Melody for not employing the right strategy, when hers would have made Logic even bigger losers! It will be very interesting now that Lord Sugar & others have exposed her fundamental flaws as a potential business partner whether she will bounce straight back, or unravel, and let Jim; Suzy, or Tom win Lord Sugar's backing?

@SoooBlue Well...she's in the Final 5, so she can't be as bad as you suggest. I agree with you that the standard this year is below par....certainly not a patch on last year, or the year before, etc.... As for your other claim that 95% of women look like they have great legs.....you obviously haven't seen the legs on many of the women round my way sunshine! Lol!
