It's funny, I had the same feeling as her. I saw a dj in a techno club and I said to myself whaaaaa that's great!!!! I want to be able to do this! 30 years later I'm still mixing techno :)

I've seen a couple other interviews with her, and she always comes across as very likeable (or, interesting, if you will). Great selection, great production, great artist :)

For me it's the same. It's because i just don't listen to Electro because i like it, i really love this music for my life, it is what gives me power. Helena is the one who also understand that and gives us her fantastic, unique sets. Her understanding of this kind of music and her passion for it is the reason why Helena is something really precious. And i'm not saying it just along: ibreally love her in a special way.

"99% of music is boring" Spot on! I feel/visualise the music I don't like as being similar to a 2D flat surface - utterly boring and uninteresting.

I like her but I will never in this world even remotely understand why on earth you would categorically dislike uplifting music. Something is wrong with u people.

Different strokes for different folks. Melancholy can be very uplifting because its an emotion most people can relate too.
