Helena's Health Hike - Introducing Mr Medication

Introducing Mr Medication. I have such an on off, love hate relationship with these little pills that make me rattle but keep me going.
I'm fed up with the stigma surrounding invisible illnesses so wanted to be transparent with my journey to encourage and bring comfort to those who like me have to live with an invisible illnesses and educate those that are fortunate enough to not understand or have experienced what it's like for us on a day to day basis.
Some people don't take the medication route and that's fine but I have and it's not easy but it's ok. My medication is going to have to be upped over the next couple of months but I've decided I'll cross that bridge when I get there. 🙌🏼
