Neville Goddard taught a great technique called 'living in the end'. This is exactly what Helen was sharing with the lady who wanted a new refrigerator on that TV show in Hollywood. Neville specifically says, "don't mess with the middle" i.e. don't concern yourself with how you'll get what it is you want - simply go to the end result of already having what it is you want (that's Helen's 'project it' of her SPEC formula). Neville then says, after you've imagined/visualized the end result, then live in the assumption that it is already yours (this is Helen's 'expect it' of her SPEC formula). I'm surprised Helen doesn't mention Neville Goddard - although somewhere I heard her speak of Joseph Murphy, who I believe was one of Neville's pupils. Anyway, it's wonderful to see this incredible knowledge being shared publically - everyone deserves to have their heart's desires fulfilled. 💜💠💙🌀 💜💠💙🌀

Goddard & Murphy were contemporaries & both were students in the 1930’s of the famous & mysterious mystic named Abdullah! Sometimes, Murphy would have Neville as a guest speaker for his audience when they were both in CA! Really so interesting! I wonder if she’d met them both or read their books! I just read part of her second book online!

Helen was adorable with her infectious optimism. She employed many techniques, simplifying them into SPEC. She practiced multiple times daily, soon after wakening , afternoon, and prior to bed. Vividly imagine with all senses the act as if - it has already happened. Note - when you’ expect something,’ you release anxiety, doubt, worry. This is the #1 important l skill to achieve. When we expect something, we don’t worry about it, or spend excessive amount of time, trying to create it. We actually just believe it’s going to happen or energy state is that of ease, in her peace, comfort, and if anything, just wondering when it’s gonna show up. In the Bible, Jesus said, you have not because you don’t. He said, ‘believe with all your heart, all your mind, all your soul- and it is yours.’ When I do attract amazing things, I realize my attitude is carefree, playful, and a little excited. I think about going out somewhere fun with friends that weekend. I know I’m going, I plan what I’m wearing, I know I’m going to have a blast, I’ll even find the best place with best live music. I expect Saturday night is on its way. Just as the sun rises, the beach will see me that morning, so too is the joy, feeling, and expectancy of Saturday night. So relax to expect. Connect to something easy, then pull that emotion into what you want. Fuse the 2 as one! Bible talks about this. ‘ when 2 became 1.’ I notice in this video Helen used techniques from The Gateway process, which Jose Silva and many colleagues from this era were all too familiar with the pulsating neuroscience interest in telepathy, projecting, transmutation. ❤

When she said “Collect it” I think she really means to actually collect your manifestation. You have already “believed” that you will get it in the “project” and “expect” step. You have done more than enough believing, you eventually have to actually collect your prize 🎉! I think that’s what makes her different. She knew Joseph Murphy and she was all about those things he spoke of + Norman Vincent Peel was faithful to Bible & those are the basis of the books he wrote and he wrote because he believed in what he wrote about. It is not about being or going back to religion per se. But nothing is achievable without inner fortitude which is out of faith, and where does faith come from? Setting the mind straight & coming back to the truth about you, i.e. something huge and not the little SPEC method, or this would have worked for anyone for any kind of thing applied to. I am convinced HH was actually practicing all this in secret but as she was all about coining phrases to win lottery entries I know she watered the whole approach down to make it sell-able. Like her mate JM, there are ways they chose not to tell about in public of themselves so people will get the impression they wanted to convey & not draw other conclusions. She took a long time years of failures, before getting to where she spoke from in the clip, which she didn’t discuss @all, but this is the diving board. How do you focus on the diving without the diving board? Very peculiar

You can't outline an entire life in a few hours in an interview. You are correct. Helene was deep. Many layers. SPEC is just an easy way for others to learn what she, and many others, taught. To go inward. Also, at that time, the publishers wouldn't print what any of those authors actually wrote. They had to water it down for public consumption. It only now that our consciousness as a society is rising , and we are learning their original works and discovering what masters all those teachers were.

I went to school with one of his daughters ( Anna Silva) . I do not trust ( Mind Valley) . They grab on to winners and use these winners to promote there industry. The Silva group likewise did this and of course has become very successful. And now Mind Valley is using The Silva Method! 🙏 Thank you ❤️🎶
