I never thought of him as a tough guy, but there was a scene in the X-Files (can't remember the episode) where we see him shirtless in his house and I remember being amazed at how jacked he was.

This is episode 11. Original airdate was April 27, 2001. Wikipedia Summary: "While investigating the death of Byers' college roommate, The Lone Gunmen find evidence implicating FBI Assistant Director Walter Skinner." The episode title is a play on the title of a 1993 movie called "The Crying Game".

At 18:00 Byers suggested that the NY Times was more credible than the National Enquirer. That didn’t age well.

I know this is so random but.. "maybe that's what friends are... the people you can show your true face to" I had a someone who quit being a friend of mine recently because he couldn't face up to feelings he had. Now he refuses to be my friend and we lost what we had. Hits hard for me there.

I must confess, I never cared much for Wally, I mean Walt(er), I mean Skinner. Flipflopped more than a fish on the shore BUT this was cute.

It very much sounds like it was created internally for the episode. Barklie Griggs was the Music Supervisor, Larold Rebhun was the Scoring Mixer, and Jeff Charbonneau was the Music Editor. If you’re really curious I bet one of them would respond if you reached out. People love talking about their work and the creators of this show in particular were very proud of it and devastated when it was canceled (Vince Gilligan’s comments to this effect were what led me to the show). For what it’s worth Shazam said it was Wu Tang Clan’s Ain’t Nothin to Fuck Wit, but that very much sounds incorrect, lol.
