I'm not sure 😕 They claim that they are, but because it's a Chinese brand, as far as I know they are still required by law to test their products on animals. So they might just say that to appeal to customers, but again, I'm not sure 🤷‍♀️

those animal testing regulation is for products that are sold in store. if it is sold online, they dont need to test it on animal so yeah it can be cruelty free

Yeah I was under the impression brands couldn’t class themselves as “cruelty free” if they sold in China as it was a stipulation by law to test. Bit confusing that it can be cruelty free in this case... unless it’s a Chinese brand that doesn’t sell in China?! 😂

This eye look reminds me of a favourite look I do from Dominque Cosmetics original Latte palette - obsessed with the khaki tone shimmer from that palette. Beautiful look 🥰 x x
