I’m surprised you don’t have leaf blowers in Norway. Around here, if we have a little light powdery snow, people use the leaf blowers to clear the walkways.

The American needs like a gallon of ice cream covered in chocolate sauce whipped cream and a sparkler. Here in Oregon we have amazing fast food. Cafe Yumm gives you BBQ tempeh and quinoa salmon bowls. Burgerville focuses on local fruit and meat and makes fantastic SoDelicious coconut shakes. The other American fast food is... ... just. So there was a study that showed its better to be in an American "food desert" (no supermarkets bc poverty) than a "food swamp" full of BK, McDs, Cinnabon, and all that shite. I started learning Norwegian on Duo then decided to try Finnish and forgot. The next day I was staring at a Finnish statement and trying to read it as Norwegian. Broke my brain😂

I wonder if the Swedes are offended because Erlend keeps wearing his blue Norwegian XC jacket when he acts as a Swede🤣🤣🤣. I have the same one all the way across the Atlantic Ocean in the US but it's the proper red color. 🙂. As for fast food in the US I like Hardee's. Beside Domino's there's also Pizza Hut . Starbucks is where normal Americans get coffee and Dunkin' Donuts is where police officers get coffee and donuts. 🙂

American food in restaurants these days is awful post lockdown and fast food has never been good - pure poison. We eat better cooking from scratch at home. Thanks for the laughs!

Just saw the train spotting short. Excellent, but it might be too much of an inside joke for the non Icelandic tourist. Too bad you couldn't go back to 1913.
