Having done it a few times, I was surprised to discover that a road taxi Monaco / Nice airport actually costs more than the chopper ride. I would never have known myself - a kind local concierge let me in on the tip. Such a beautiful coast line from the sky.

Formerly known as Aerospatiale. But they make a whole lot of different and very modern ones. In Holland all the police and Trauma helicopters are Airbus types.

I flew in a helicopter from Nice to Monaco the other day. First time in a helicopter, it was so cool. A brief glimpse into what it's like to be rich. haha! Got to chill out in the lounge in Nice airport, with free drinks, and they carried my luggae and we went through fast track security. Everyone was super friendly and helpful - funny how nice people treat you when they think you're rich. haha.

... Yes I think it's possible if it doesn't last too long but the best is to ask the Blade company ; the staff is very friendly and provides very good information. I explained that I wanted to film with my GoPro... have a good flight ;-)

Agréable découverte ... [ ce 18/02/24 ] vidéo de Monaco ( vu du ciel ) 😢 = dommage, par contre que le soleil n’était PAS, lui, au rendez-vous le même jour !?! Les prises de vues auraient été encore ➕️ sublimes. NB : un petit " habillage sonore " ou échanges avec le pilote favoriserait cette belle découverte !
