Are all the loadmasters pilots as well? How often do you fly vs being the loadmaster?

Yes I think for the most part the load asters are pilots. When we fly and when we are loadmasters depends on missions and pilot qualification. If you have 2 equal sling pilots working together it's about 50/50.
