Pure perfection, untouched and unattainable. However, a curiosity arises: While I'm aware that some artists will suffer heart attacks asking this, but is it feasible to produce the plate using laser engravers? Surprisingly, I couldn't find any KZbin videos addressing this idea!

Yes this is possible. Lasers can engrave at any depth and can even engrave a coin die with enough time and passes.

Seems that as much care is taken in the inking of the plate than is spent in the preparations in making it. Glad that there are still house's that do this sort of printmaking. My genuine thanks in sharing this post.
