I don't like hate for the sake of it, but I honestly and truly dislike everything about these earbud headphones. They're uncomfortable, their battery is terrible, they have major connectivity issues, and they sound like discount headphones from 1985. 0/10, do NOT buy these.
I should add, that I actually really enjoy London Drugs as a store! I just really dislike this product!

EXCELLENT report. It is good to hear honesty. Hopefully LD will give you a refund. They are pretty good for customer service, even if it is only 20 $CDN. You should also suggest they remove the product from the shelf it is so bad.
