There is some truth to that. I was allowed to experience the true and final Hell for about a couple of hours. It was a place where I was able to do nothing but psychologically torture myself and where nothing could stop me dwelling on every negative thought and the emotions thereof. Depression, fear, rage, loneliness, hopelessness, you name it, I felt it, and the disembodied soul is unable to express any of it because it has no body (physical nor spiritual).

Thanks you for this video. My son died from suicide a couple years ago and I dove into finding the truth about the afterlife. To think this Hell term has emboldened so many Christians to tell you if your saved or not is disgusting - many priests and pastors alike offer this in their sermons. I love going to church and the feeling it gives me each week to feel closer to god - its the only thing that gives me true comfort anymore in this life. As parents we forgive our kids when they do wrong, we turn it into a teaching moment between right and wrong. I refuse to think our creator does not forgive us the same way. It's the biggest reason Jesus gave up his human life for us - to forgive all our sins - so many ignore that message. The problem I have come across is no religion - Catholic, Protestant or Jews have ever been taught about Sheol. They never heard of it and its right in the original bible and Jewish scrolls. I pray the truth does come forth - what greater hope can we offer each other than to rid us all of this evil term which has been spoon fed to us since we were kids. I’m sorry that you lost your son to suicide. In your son’s mind, he experienced a hell of his own on earth in this incarnation. Coming to Earth is a difficult journey. Hell does not exist beyond this realm. When your son went to the other side, he no longer experiences torment but is met and encompassed by pure love who usher him to peace, love and happiness. I think part of the problem is the understanding of a garbage dump as a place where things are discarded, but it is really a place of transformation and renewal. For more than 50 years I have wondered how a loving God could teach love with fear? Christ came to remove fear and teach us how to be truly happy by loving everyone. Many Christians think of non-believers as subhuman and even demonic. This allows them to treat them as hated by God. I was brought up with the "turn or burn" idea. I was threatened with eternal torture if I didn't believe that man walked on water, rose from the dead, and turned women to stone. I'm not sure never really believed, but I went along to get along for 18 years. And so did 1000's of other good people like me. But those NDE testimonies both good and bad are extremely convincing. Most Christians that I know are convinced that all of their dead loved ones are currently enjoying life in Heaven. They even wish them Heavenly Happy Birthdays. Of course, they also believe that the unsaved are currently burning in Hell. They think the when anyone dies they go instantly to Heaven or Hell. Where did they get that idea? What is quoted to me is, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD.” If the wicked are currently burning alive in Hell why will they be resurrected. judged and then sent back to Hell? As for the NDEs I have wondered if what they see may just be a sort of preview of possibilities of what may happen after the future resurrection and judgement.

IDK what happens after we die, but there certainly isn't a Hell or a Heaven that souls go to as both a place and a concept. It's interesting how you claim hellfire is a concept out ot harmony with the scriptures and yet you push gnosticism as a concept that is. Yes, hellfire is not a biblical concept. In reality, the bible never teaches the hellfire foundational concept of the immortal soul. Instead, the Hebrew word for soul was rooted in the concept of breath. They viewed the soul as someone's breath, and just like the breath of a dead person, it ceases to exist when someone dies. You can be in God's memory, but that is all that is left of the dead. Still, Gnosticism teaches many unbiblical concepts, like how the God of the Hebrew scriptures is some evil force thst created an evil material universe. They physical form itself is evil and should be escaped. The bible never taught that. God created humans in a different state than we know of. They had all their needs met. Yet Adam and Eve went on oblivious to their nudity so well, that it implies they were never driven to making clothing to even protect them from the elements. Even at night. What's more, Jesus would never have given the concepts or Gnosticism even a moments credence. He constantly spoke of how God was better than he was and that worship should only go to God. That he himself was metely a reflection of God. Even when fighting off the Devil's temptations, Jesus never used hus own words, but quoted God's words from scripture. Most of all, God didn't specifically make the physical universez Jesus did. The scriptures say that God created Jesus in his prehuman existence and then he had Jesus creare all other things, including the physical universe. The bible rightly gives credit to its creation to God because he commisioned it and provided everything needed for it to be made, including the worker that did the actual work of buulding it. When we look at the history of the Empire State building being built, who typically gets the credit? The guy who hammered in rivits or the guy who decided to put time ane resources to comission it's being built? The one who ultimately made the decision that got it built? Yes, many beliefs that go directly against biblical teachings were adopted by the early Catholic church for political reasons and for power. Heck, being part of the Roman empire in itself was a betrayal of Jesus. He said of himself that he is no part of this world and neither are his followers. This is because Jesus was to be king of God's kingsom and his followers were to be members of that kingdom, not Earthly kingdoms. Early Christians knew this to mean they were to be separate politically. They couldn't take poliical office or be part or militaries. Yet, the early Catholics became integral parts of the Roman empire. Still, even the early christians of the first century would reject the teachings or Gnosticism, not for political reasons, but for scriptural.

You know that Satan doesn't even exist in the Ancient Testament ?.. like Hell, Satan as a personnification of evil is a late contruction, non existing in the OG jewish faith... "Satan" is just a word that means something like "adversary", "judgment" or "challenge", in the Ancient Testament, God sends "satans" to challenge the faith of some figures (such as Job)., there never wasn't any "Satan" as the "arch enemy of God"....
