Praying for others! Although frankly, I have so many haters and not enough people covering ME in prayer that I find my prayer time is taken up all too often with praying blessings upon my enemies, if only to maintain self-control and not act out of hatred and vengeance towards them like they do me. Often these are church people too! So the fun and joy is just not there the way it should be and my prayer life dies out all too often. And sometimes for a long time too.

Question for everyone. If there's one name above all names. And there's power in that one name. Who gives anyone the right to change it, or translated or transliterate it or do anything to change it. It's not the name. The letter J didn't even exist until 1524 it's not a Greek translation of Iesus, that is a out rite lie. The prefix of the name Je or (Ie) is in error. But does the suffix 'σους' (sous) mean 'saves' or 'salvation' in the Greek of the New Testament period? No. We know for a fact that "Iesous" was not then the proper way to translate the "intent" of the name given the Messiah that ‘Yahuah is salvation’ even in Greek or Latin. The Greek word for "salvation" is Strong’s entry 4991 soterion it is not sous. Strong's Number: 4992 soterion, adjective. Meaning saving, bringing salvation he who embodies this salvation, or through whom God is about to achieve it in the hope of (future) salvation So if the translators were even true to their own language it would not have been translated "Jesus" or "Iesous" but rather "Iasoterion". It must be obvious by this point where the suffix "seous" came from. Jesus holds to the Greek tradition of naming people after their pagan god of the Pantheon… Zeus. Why did the translator use "sous" instead of "soteria"? Greek naming conventions give glory to Zeus, and not to the Messiah Yahusha Ha Machiak. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. The Name Jesus didn't exist. To deny Yahusha, and call him by a defiled name, when they know his correct name, is Rebellion. 1st Samuel 15:23 for Rebellion is as the sin of Witchcraft and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry, because thou Hast rejected the word of Yahuah (God), why he has also rejected the. I asked God to help me because I was brought up in very hypocritical family who attend Seventh Day Adventist Church. They focused on so much of attending church Saturday instead of focusing on a relationship with the Lord every day. My Father told me he believed I was going to hell because I don’t go to church on Saturday. They do not understand my prayer life. If I did not pray and continue to pray, I would be in a box curled up in a corner with no self-esteem, no awareness of how much God loves me! Prayer is imperative!

Testimony: My biological estranged mother passed 3 days ago and I was notified by mail. A few months ago I considered hiring a PI to find her but I decided against it because I was half prideful half hurt. I’ve always wanted parents. In the back of my mind I’ve always waited for my parents to get it together to be there for me. Even in such a hard confusion situation for me I know God is bring me true peace and forgiveness because I don’t have to wait on my parents anymore and it’s a relief. So sorry for your loss, I t found this out after my mom had died at age 14, and being left with a dad that returned to drinking , after being stopped for 9, 1/2 years being left to watch after a 9 year old brother, and a newborn baby brother, I had already learned that my dad had no way of showing me he loved me, later ti realize he never had been shown himself, so he had no way to know, but God my Father filled those shoes and so much more, He was(and is)everything he wasn 't and never would be, it was going to be ok.May God fill your heart, mind and spirit with and abundance of God's loving grace , to keep you encouraged to continue moving forward always in His awesome love, that He has for us.

Yes, continue asking God to give you the desire to pray. I was one of those Christians that found it so difficult to pray. I was constantly distracted by one thing or another. God brought into my mind the scripture regarding Seek, Ask, Knock. I never realized it was that easy. First I asked God to forgive me, for my lack of prayer. I then simply asked God to REMOVE my desire for things that distracted me from Him. Next thing you know, I felt Him calling me to be an intercessor. The desire has to come from Him. We need only ask. I WISH I knew, YEARS AGO, that all I had to do was ask.

But do you also pray in your regular tongue where your mind & heart actually have to intentionally communicate with God? I, too, have had Holy Spirit pray thru me when I didn’t know what to pray, but Paul also said that not everyone will pray in tongues. It is referred to as the least of the gifts. It is, indeed, a gift but it seems so many put so much emphasis on how much they speak in tongues. The Bible says it will happen as The Spirit gives us utterance. It doesn’t say we can turn it on & off as we please. I think God wants us to TALK to Him. Express our heart in our common tongue and Holy Spirit will guide us and speak thru us when we don’t know what to pray or whenever else He finds it necessary. I don’t feel I control Him, but rather He guides me.

TOTALLY AGREE AGAIN: praying and talking about Jesus should come from the heart. In fact I DESIRE to THANK HIM most of the day during the whole day. The devil attacks my prayer life so hard! I start rejoicing as I see prayers getting answered and sharing with others, then everything goes backwards and gets worse than it was. I get discouraged and my prayer life dwindles until I can't take the suffering anymore. I get pumped up and return to prayer and the cycle repeats. Pray that God delivers me from this constant assault. I want a testimony of Gods goodness to share with people that doesn't end up looking like he abandoned me!

I'm happy to tell you my prayer 🙏 life is getting stronger. Quick story, I came home from work one day and I was so tired I went straight to bed and I heard God say (DO YOU WANT TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH ME??) and at first I started to say not tonight God BUT God showed me all the promises he kept and all the things he brought me through and I said what am I thinking OF COURSE I HAVE TIME FOR YOU God. Prayer is the "game changer" we need to fuel our destiny and change our lives and those around us. I can't tell you the difference it has made to sacrifice an hour of sleep to get into the Secret Place with no distractions, just you and God and the Word.. yeah it's tough sometimes to make myself get out of bed at 3:30 in the morning but I'm desperate and I'm hungry for God!! Love hearing about his brother trying to put towels under the door to keep God out. When it comes to prayer like that I always remember story of a high degree Satanist that had satanic church and had a lot of special satanic powers how he went to cash checks for his church at his bank and ladies that worked there put a note in his envelope that said they were praying for him in the name of Jesus. He said He instantly lost most of his special power and from there he eventually came to Christ

I was taking notes when he said... “you should be taking notes.” High five! 🙌 I had to come back and edit, this is great preaching and I’m glad I took notes. While taking them I realized, had I just been listening I would have missed a lot of great points to meditate on. I used to take notes on all sermons I listened to. I’m going to get back into that habit. Also, a side personal story as it relates to the scripture, asking, seeking, knocking. One morning as I was waking up, this verse was on repeat in my head. It’s still on repeat in my spirit as I think on that morning.

Amen.... My favorite type of prayer is in the spirit using my heavenly language AKA Tongues. I tell God things and then he shows me things. It's like receiving a wrapped gift. I never know what's inside the prayer until the Holy Spirit gives the gift of interpretation of tongues. Such a glorious gift most of the time I have no idea what is on my mind or in my heart. That's how I know it was HE the Lord who put it there. It is what HE needed to be prayed for so that HE can move on Earth. It manifests in the supernatural before it manifests in the natural. Glory to God name of Jesus... That's what it means to be a co-creator with God. You pray his perfect will. Then you say it and see it. Hallelujah
