HELLA CHRISTMAS LIGHTING!!

Yeah I know this does not involve a Top Fuel Dragster but it does involve some CNC machining!!!! I’ve always mounted my Christmas lights on PVC and I made clips that actually attached to the home that the PVC snaps into. This is the best way to hang holiday lights up and down of the home and it keeps your lights hella straight! Last years Tiktok video had 13 million views and that didn’t include Facebook or KZbin. I was asked to produce the clips and sell them which I did and now we have introduced the Hella Shingle Clip! It’s made to go underneath the shingle to put PVC on the roof without drilling holes down through your shingles. Usually if the homeowner wants to go across the peak of the roof. On my channel there are other videos showing the whole Christmas light process of how to put the lights up, connect them and take them down. I hope you enjoy! These things kick ass. Took me less than an hour to install the clips, another hour to measure out the PVC and zip tie the lights and less than twenty minutes to hang em all. Only suck part about it is my lights are in a single twenty foot section and another forty foot section with some shorter PVC pipes in there due to the contour of the house. Gotta be a damn gymnast to hang the forty foot section but still WAY easier than those stupid Walmart gutter clips. 10 out of 10. Follow Rob for more kick ass recipes. Love what he cooked up here.

Just got tired of handling all the stupid lights in a box and then trying to untangle them and then breaking bulbs. I was over it and I’ve hung airline like this in my shop before so I thought why can’t I just do this.

How does your PVC hold up after 1-2 years? I bought PVC clips like this years ago (this is not a new idea, sorry for the people recommending patents) and they all broke when I went to use them the following season. I've had my Christmas lights on PVC pipe (with clips) since 2013. This is a permeant installation so the PVC has to hold up for many years in the sun. Normal schedule 40/80 PVC is not rated to do well in the UV light exposure and clips made from this will typically fail after a year. After my past experience, I bought the Lexan version at Holiday Coro (no affiliation to me), and after 5 years, only a couple have failed/broken. The sun is the enemy of plastics.
