With more than half a million active players, it's clear that this game was never slated to be so successful. Now we turn our eyes to merchandise and action figures. Can Mega with its vast catalogue of IPs help answer the call?

Halo has partnered with Mattel to produce Mega Bloks / Mega Construx toys for over 15 years. This has spanned the release of Halo Wars, Halo Reach and Halo 4-Infinite. With this, they have produced thousands of toys and tens of thousands of pieces.
Mega Brands was formed back in 1967 out of Montreal, Canada. In 2009, they acquired the licence for Halo, originally branded it as "Halo Wars: the Authentic Collectors Series". Soon after, this was dropped to just "Halo Mega Bloks", before its third rebrand into "Halo Mega Construx", a more adult take on the licence. This lasted up until roughly 2021, with a final rebrand into simply "Halo Mega". What comes next for the brand? Only time will tell...
Halo Infinite was delayed from 2020 to 2021. In that time and after it has seen a multitude of issues and delays, but at the heart of this lies a true return to form and a gorgeous campaign. Halo Infinite Season 1 and 2 had a long extended life but Season 3 returned to the original promise of 3 month long seasons. With the return of Forge, Halo Infinite seemed to be in a largely completed form. Season 4 and 5 hit hard, with excellent releases of Firefight KOTH, Infection and dozens of quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, the seasonal format would come to an end with the Spirit of Fire update, dropping the formula all together to be replaced by operations. It's hard to say what the future holds for Halo, but you better believe I'll be along for the ride.

There's a lot of good set possibilities like, the SES destroyer built in a similar scale to the old halo 4 forward unto dawn set. You can even take inspiration from the Cabal harvester set and make an automaton dropship. They could even reuse some special molds from the most recent pelican set to make pelican 1 from the game. Even the eagle that we see in the SES hangar could make for a great set with a unique crew member figure. You could make the galaxy map as a diorama set with the democracy officer. There's so many potential sets in helldivers future.

While I agree a Helldiver 2 line would be greatly welcomed, and could even see early sets reusing some ODST/Destiny/Terminator Figure moulds to keep cost down. The real question is could Mega afford to branch into a new line, hopefully all the attention could convince them to try a limit 6-8 figure Hero/black list line. Which if it sold well would convince them to make more.

I would love for them to do Resident Evil for their new line franchise! It has everything a collector wants. Buildings, zombies for floods, monsters, female character figures snd more.

The idea of Mega taking on helldivers franchise is a good fit. I hope though that if this happens, it won't be a case of a few things produced and then it's gone. Feels like that's what happened with the Star Trek and Assassin's Creed lines. I know GI Joe's been in a lot of toys, but what a great franchise to see Mega tackle, or even Battlestar Galactica classic and reboot.

As someone who is obsessed with this game, there are a LOT of molds that could be reused from the halo and destiny lines and still be very accurate to the game, i never thought of it untill now but it is a great idea.

As soon as Helldivers dropped, I wanted sets. I've been playing Helldivers quite a bit and it's literally perfect. Your comparisons with Destiny are very apt, and the Titan armor is pretty close to some of the heavy Helldivers armor. Tanks, bugs, drop pods, bot fabricators, different Helldivers armor sets. It truly is a gold mine. Also, just so you don't get charged with treason, it's Super Earth, not New Earth. We fight for Super Earth and Managed Democracy!

Mega could have capitalized on so many franchises yet they chose not to. Jurassic Park, Star Wars, The Thing, They Live, Terminator (discontinued), COD (discontinued), Titanfall, 40K etc… that’s why the new community around 3D printing is so important!

So, big problem. MEGA, which used to be MEGA BLOKS, was a Canadian Toy Company if I remember correctly that got bought out by Mattel. Not too long ago I read an article that Mattel had a goal of eliminating all guns from their toys by something like 2025. Helldivers flies in the face of this. Just say'n.

This is an Amazing idea, and for a big collector of Mega sets, i was lying if i said i don't think of this possibility. But Mega looks continue there 3 major lines: Halo, MoTU & Pokemon ! But to be honest, where are the rest of the Witcher line ? Why and who asking a Kong and Godzilla (tbh, i love the idea and the sets), and this will probably being a new one shot... And to be totally fair and honest, with all problem of shipping and world wide distribution, i probably prefer that still a great idea but that is never come true.. I don't get this Falcon sweep, it is not possible to tricks the Mattel cause they finally sold out there end of the stock since we exchange about it. So, i'm not expecting anything, and less to see the Helldivers 2 become a new line of Mega brand...

I love how this series has been around for almost a decade. None of these grifts ever talked about it or cared about it. But now that its the flavor of the month they all gotta beat the dead horse.
