It's shocking you because it arcs off the enemies to whoever is close. Its best not to stay within shock range and hide it around corners or walls as they chase you. It can also keep harvesters stun locked if their shield is down.

This, but also going prone only prevents it from *targeting* you. Similar to the arc thrower, it doesn’t always hit its intended target, so it *can* hit you first while prone if there’s an enemy near you. Absolutely do not sit directly next to or underneath it. Back up and pick off the threats (heavy and tank class enemies)

I wish the tesla towers and arc throwers both connected and powered eachother up like in Command and Conquer Red Alert.

You can power up the Tesla Tower by shooting it with your arc weapon. When enemies are near, you’ll amp it up. I usually do it on Defense Missions. Would be cool though to implement both being powered up though.

I think that the orbital gas is s tier against the illuminated it's kills all the voteless slows bigger units also drops there shields when in it and one shots the ship things

I recently learned the peak physique armor helps with accuracy with the heavy machine gun. It's game changing!

It’s a little odd. The fortified armor gives less recoil but the peak physique gives better handling. So, I feel that peak physique is more useful for when you’re constantly on the move and needing to quickly move a heavy weapon and fortified is better for accuracy

I think its better than fortified armor as even after proning its almost impossible to hit the overseekers flying they just move too fast for aiming so yeah peak physique is must

The telsa tower is such a sleeper pick rn, it's easily way better against the illuminate than the other factions

Agreed, I'm using it in tandem with my machine gun Sentry instead of a Gatling or something else. Very effective.
