The fact that it takes down a gunship allows me to pair it with either AMR (which also takes down gunships) or the railgun which one shots hulks in safe mode. Super great primary.

I think the JAR is a little bit better overall, but it's close. I like to swap these two up every now and then. The MAIN advantage of the scorcher over the JAR is being able to take out Striders at the front plate, whereas the JAR needs to quite specifically shoot the leg joints. But I mitigate that by swapping to 2 shot AMR for them

yeah but my diligence counter sniper can do the same with less ergonomics and maybe more bullets. what do you think? my aim sucks and I'm blind so that 200 meters scope in a must for me

I really like the counter sniper. But I don’t think it’s as effective vs gun ships I don’t have enough experience with it. From what I’ve used of it it felt like a mini AMR

What good stategem weapon to pair with this?

Really anything you like. I like the rail cannon with it. Rail cannon one shots hulks in the eye. The AMR is really good. Obviously the auto cannon as well. I like running the arc thrower with it the most because the arc thrower can not damage gun ships and towers so the Plas 1 scorcher fills that gap.

AMR, Quasar, Laser, AC. Quasar is good to take out bot factories at range, in particular jammers. Overall the AMR is better (quickly 2 shots hulks from the front)
