Love that Helldivers 1's whole soundtrack sounds like you're fighting for the fate of the universe with each faction as opposed to the more characterized themes they did in Helldivers 2.

Yeah, HD1's OST is like you're fighting so others don't have to While HD2's OST is more like a theatrical score you'd hear in a Marvel or Star Wars movie Both are good, but I massively prefer HD1's ost

@@Turbo.Virgin_ Kinda works for both games lore wise too. In Helldivers 1 Super Earth takes a massive risk fighting a three front war against 3 factions with seemingly endless hordes of enemies. In 2 it's established that they won the Galactic war and have only gotten stronger over the century. It is no longer a risk anymore because they've defeated them before and they surely will do it again.
