I do my farming on difficulty 3. Two missions per operation, no chance for rare samples to fill up the spawns, Points of Interest aren't protected by enemies, and I at least feel like I'm doing more for the war effort. Friend gifted me the game and I've yet to put a single cent into the game despite owning all the war bonds. I've saved up almost enough for three more as well. That said, I've barely touched anything in the super store.

@Moodyman90 do you get 100 credit pick-ups in diff 3? I feel like I remember picking up 100 credits at one point. Also, I still have no idea why I have 5 random credits. It happened well after I paid for everything in the last warbond.

@@reclhoss The 100 credit drop is rare but can happen at any difficulty. I guess you can say it can happen more often due to resource spawns not being filled with rare samples but keep expectations low. Be happy to get 30 super credits per mission, anything more than that, including the 100 drop, is a bonus.

I've got 4k super credits. It took a long time to grind everything. Protip, I recommend finding a good video or podcast to listen to while you grind. It makes the time fly by.

I wish Arrowhead would patch this, and that there are less Super Credits spawns. Players SOLELY doing this is pathetic (even though I sure did it a few times), but I also put in money a few times - to support the studio/keep the game alive..

there are leaks of "Hellbots" friendly robots that can help you in ways idk how but using them to help open bunkers should be something they can do. this gives me an idea for a booster "Robotic Replacements" Empty slots in your squad are replaced with Hellbot soldiers. Infinite lives, however they cannot use stratagems. Holding down ping on a support weapon or backpack can tell them to pick it up (you can set one support weapon or backpack stratagem that they can spawn with). You can use them for backpack reloads or ping objectives for them to do. This doesnt even have to be a booster, they could make this an offline co-op mode.

I just find random divers on trivial missions. I announce I am farming SC and usually I can find someone willing to help out. We just abandon the mission and find another after we loot the points of interest.

Personally I like going to any scorched hell biome (RIP hellmire, menkent works well rn) on difficulty 1, there's something strange about that biome that there's always 7 - 10 points of interest in a circle around the map on any given mission, I've found up to 3 bunkers in some! Got enough super credits for the warbond in just 2 hours and like 15 minutes.

Yeah, the no-mountains-desert is great because It doesnt have water or cliffs to eat potential POI generation areas. You usually have up to 2 Bunkers in those biomes, which can mean up to +3 Super Credits extra chances just from this

I do my farming on trivial. If you make sure your map is a near perfect circle then it usually has 9+ POI perfectly spread out around the map. Snipe the objective and collect with a jetpack and experimental infusion to run faster. One or two sentries to let them shoot stuff for you so you completely remove having to stop to shoot stuff yourself apart from explosives to those shipment containers. I often bring a grenade launcher for that or a grenade pistol. It has felt very efficient this way for me. Definitely was hovering over that super store super credits screen this morning because I wanted the seperate armor that's in the super store right now. 😂

2 people on lvl one. Go opposite ways. For double door go prone first person to see inside to see if worth opening(mech option takes too long). If you see super credits mark on map and move on to clear rest of map then go back and unlock. Quit mission don’t ever finish. Go to planets not in campaign major order. You’ll see about 350-600 per hour. GL.

I hope that bunkers can open if there is only one person in the session in the future, but Helldivers 2 is a co-op game, so this may be one of the ways to entice playing with others.

problem with the instancing now is that you can be kicked after a huge enemy wave spawns in and now you're on your own. i kind of did that to someone else, unknowningly, after they kept deliberately taking down my turrets and throwing stratagems right at friendlies. don't feel bad about that one but you can kinda mess with singled out players like that.

Just give Arrowhead money sometimes, it helps to keep the game alive and supports the developers. SOLELY grinding for the Super Credits is silly, and you're saying "I am wanting this game to die out"... I grinded a few times, sure, but doing it non-stop is just begging for Arrowhead to patch this out.
