สอบถามครับ ควรใช้หินลับมีดแบบไหนครับ

ใช้ได้ทั้งแบบลับด้วยน้ำ และแบบลับแห้งครับ Work Sharp หรือ DMT และ Slanky ใช้ได้ครับผม

ถ้าเทียบกันคงต้องเทียบกับ N695 ครับ เป็น Stainless Steel grade เหนียว ทนสนิมและการกัดกร่อน และรักษาคมดี เหมาะกับใช้งานกับอาหารด้วยครับ

Cut something paper wood magazine pages something

It is definitely Sharp right out of the pack, the knife is not designed for cut only paper test, don’t want to make more waste in my house and this knife I borrowed from friend which he will not be happy if I use it before himself. If I test on paper every single review they must a tons of garbage.
