One little trick I do is slightly upgrade my items that I decide to keep (+1 to +3), so I don't have to keep looking at them as new gear shows up. A +3 item is something I'm likely to take to 16, +2 means a likely level 12, and +1 means I level to 8 and then decide if it's purged. Makes those Artifact Enchancment events very quick!

@@speachless88 Yes, anything that gets tagged with this system goes to at least a +8. It's just so I can organize my inventory as gear comes in (instead of doing it at the same time as the Artifact Enchancement). Once they're tagged, I know to hold onto them for a while.

I get that this type of video is probably boring to make, but it’s definitely the sort of guidance I need the most of. It’s really hard to do all these dungeon events when I’ve rarely got room for more than 10 new pieces of gear! And sorting artifacts and accessories takes me hours, so I always put it off. I’ve watched a bunch of these gear cleanse videos now (yours and others), and this one feels like the clearest one yet. The only big question I have left is this: when do I want resistance? Just in arena and on healers/revivers? It seems like whenever I’m gearing, I almost never want resistance, yet I’m sure I’ll be sorry if I delete all the resistance from my account. Honestly, I just wish they’d give us a lot more space, especially given how many sets are in the game now.

I've been pretty stupid with my gear cleansing in the past. like just discarding entire sets because i didn't think I'd use them. for example the retaliation set I'd just sell off everything without even looking at the stats. thanks for teaching me about stats over sets and how to evaluate good pieces 👍

I believe the real gear cleanse will be when you start judging the kinds of rolls that you can receive. Like the min roll for crit rate would be 4 percent on a 5 star piece vs a 6 percent. So if it low rolls from the beginning its not as good to keep

I also find this very informative and helpful. According to how you just talked about the sets and how to use them I have changes to make. Mainly to my Damage dealers. I guess I'm forfeiting damage or Attack stats but I tend to make them Fast as I can and self protected. Att chest , crit 🧤 , speed 🥾. With trying to get HP & Def% with substats to keep them alive. If that's not the best please send any/all advice. I feel I'm an early mid game player. Great content btw I watch you quite often to get tips & tricks.. thanks.

I don’t find this boring at all. Gear cleansing is overwhelming for me so it’s nice to be able to break down gear by sets and be able to go through them properly. A video like this should have tags for when you move to different sets to make it easier.

These videos are actually super helpful for me as I struggle to figure out when to start tossing the "maybe" pieces. Full inventory after back to back events is a constant thing nowadays. How much more brutal are you on your main account? When does 5 star not make the cut anymore?

Basically, you don't keep 5 star rares and below at late game (unless exceptional) and don't keep less than 6 star epic for the "mundane" gear (life gear etc). You also look for epics 5 star who at least double roll into an importent stat like speed or C.rate. anything triple roll is a great item, and quad rolls are godly.

Question about double and triple substat rolls. Keep for chaos ore casino high rolls, or vendor? Example, a perception shield that rolled x3 flat attack. What if instead of flat attack it was x3 hp%?

The substats on artifacts are withing the range of the rank ± 1, except acc or res fall within the rank × 2 ±2 Accessories _can_ be different, I think banners don't have the upper high roll

I wouldn’t say swift parry is dead. It is hard countered by block buffs, but it is great for go second teams as there aren’t many meta block buff champs and it can’t be removed by a go first team that blows its cooldowns before the unkillable pops up. Stoneskin is soft countered by strippers since there is still a 50/50 shot to remove them, while it is hard countered by bomb champs. There are quite a few meta bombers now (shazar and gaius in kimi teams and astralith).

Chaos happens with these videos. On some site they explain that any equipment in the main stat without % is sold regardless of the substats, and here I see a video explaining that an artifact without a percentage % is a good artifact. So this is endless madness, it turns out that whoever has figured out the game, teaches the other weaker than him. This game is crazy, I have never seen a game until now, where nothing is explained about the parts of the game that a champion uses, how they are used, what is important, what is the point of that artifact, but here it is learned from some managers, who throw abnormally money at the game, and they try to teach us, and no one correctly, that is, no manager explains the essence of the artifacts, not to repeat myself, one explains that equipment without a percentage % is not worth strengthening and keeping, and another who reached level 100 mushes up another explanation for the artifacts. And so we, who are not so experienced in the game, sell each other equipment/artifacts worth our level, only and only as if we have learned something, and more precisely we have not learned anything, because we hear some who throw real money at the game, and we who play free, we sell equipment we can't get back. Chaos.

So I've been getting a lot of champions that require a high attack rate For the main piece I'm thinking obviously if they're supposed to have attack that is What they're using to base they're damage on,should I Not worry about their HP as much Or try and get attack as there main and HP as like their secondary.

Def and hp are tertiary thoughts for attack based champions. You want them high speed to deal their damage and then* crank crit or atk into them based on how you are using them. If a piece happens to have def/hp% cool. You aren't looking for it though

I'm a natural Hoarder, This is an interesting take on getting rid of all broken pieces. However, I will say that whenever I don't need a particular set on the optimizer, almost all the builds come with 2-4 broken pieces. Stats over Sets right?

I've heard you say "stats over sets" in a lot of videos, but when you're cleansing, you are changing a lot of the rules based on what set you're in. What kind of setup does a piece of gear need to have for you to keep it regardless of what set it's in?

You'll have to know how many rolled pieces you have in your account that are like the item to know if you should be looking for a broken set piece. For instance, if you sort for 5* or 6* crit damage gloves with crit rate substat and you are really lacking on your account, then you will be more inclined to look for broken set filler pieces. Try searching for the perfect stats with a build in mind and you can get an idea what your account is lacking.
