Most CC ive seen said hes really good, but can be skipped if you have similar purpose champion. Never seen him overhyped once. Overhyped is just thrown in as default nowadays.

He actually synergises well with other similar champions like teodor as he helps keep the poison duration up.

At least in my Spider team Teumesia - who places the initial HP burn - gets the DMG from both Artak's and Sicia's activations. For what it's worth. :) I'm going after this bad boy. I'll team him up with Vizug and/or Senna.

Even tho you tried as hard as you can to buff him with your words he is still way average ...activating burns that he's doesn't even place with some continuous heals...seriously

Teodor does that too, but everybody likes him? Teo strength, increase duration before activating. But this champion has continuous heal, AND activates them too. And speed in all battle aura, poison and burn ignore some stuff, additional 10% damage etc.

Those blessings needs to change to all battles why would anyone use them in arena when arena is fast pase and most slow teams have at least 2 debuffs cleaner's two blessings that hardly have any use at all

Scarab might be a great use case for him. Destroy MAX-HP, Poison Activation, if you pair him with a Venomage, maybe a HP-Burn champion (and all with very high resistance - maybe even a resistance aura as lead) and you could - if not already done so - built a speed team for that annoying Doomtower boss.
