Hi x I've never been diagnosed with Asthma but I had wheezing like that on and off for few yrs. It seemed to happen when I ate dairy so I completely cut it out. It stopped. Also happened when I ate spicy curry, to the point it was waking me up. I've concluded I shouldn't eat chillies and most foods from the capsicum family. Could be a certain food x

Hello lovely. I suffer with asthma also, and I find that if I use the brown pump before exercising it really helps, also the cold weather makes mine so much worse, so I’ll use brown pump before a walk etc just to keep my asthma at ease, hope you feel better soon xxxx

Love your hair. I’ve always said blonde is best for you and your colouring. Definitely get to the doctor to check your wheezing again. The exercise will open and loosen the lungs which may bring more stuff off the chest. Take it easy. The engagement party looked absolutely stunning. You did a fantastic job it was just perfect. Before you go to the gym use your inhaler every time inhalers take about 15-20 minutes to work so if you know you are going to exhert yourself take inhaler first I have the same one as you❤

Hi Laura I had a time last year after I had contracted Covid a couple times when my asthma was so bad. Like really bad I talked to my Dr and he put me on a stronger inhalers (I think it’s quite a strong one - pink I think it was). I used it for about 6 months and it completely controlled my asthma. I’m back down to my usual. Maybe discuss a stronger dose for a short period with your Dr.

I’ve been on one of these for around 3 months now! I got changed to the fostair which is suppose to be much stronger - it’s definitely stopped my wheeze in the middle of the night… I now sleep through woo! But it’s still up and down xxx

It just may take you a while 2 get whats right 4u..you need it 2 work day and night..don't feel bad if you have 2 keep going back 2 the Dr's until you get it right as can take a while. Love you xxx
