The girl in the second concern is awesome! She's confident about herself and doesn't change to please other people, I love that! All women should be like that. :) I am 163cm and i weigh 70kgs, last year i lost 10kg so i weighed 60kg, and i do admit i looked a lot better but i wasn't happy cause i was so stressed and really hungry all the time. My parents are really angry that i gained the 10kgs back so i weigh 70 again and my mum HATES me eating food too, but i am slowly learning to be more confident with myself.

My mum is like that too but one time it got so bad I lost like 15-20 kg. I was around 149 and I weighed 44kg and my mum and everyone except my dad kept nagging me telling loose weighed cuz I was a fatty and I was really chubby for like 2 years and I was like nope but then it got to me so then to shut them up I lost 15-20 kg at once and I grew a lot taller cuz I lost weight. I went from 149-158 and 44kg to around 26kg I lost so much weight my brother was heavier then me and he was a pile of bones he was as light as a feather. I had an allergic reaction and fell down one day and I was sent to the ER immediately. I was at home and the back door was open and someone was cooking fish nearby and my body reacted instantly but instead of getting red and itchy eyes or any of my normal reactions I just became really dizzy and fell to the floor I was beginning to loose conscious so I was rushed to the ER and the last thing I heard was the paramedics saying I was really light when they were putting me in the stretcher and to breathe in and out and I’ll be there soon. The bad thing is that wasn’t the first time it happened it was just the first time I was sent to the ER and got checked out but after that it just got worse and worse it happened to me like last week in the morning luckily my mother caught me before I hit my head on the wall now it happens more often. The doctor told me it was happening because I’m low in iron and I’m losing to much weight at once (kinda like the yo-yo dieting effect except it comes after a few years) my body can’t take it. I’m trying my best to get better by trying to bring my iron up and to not loose so much weight at once tho it’s not technically working I’m going to try until the day it works. Now I’m 165 and I weighed 50kg the last time I checked which was around 2 months ago but I can sense that I’ve lost a lot of weight right now cuz I become dizzy a lot more often now and I just fell drained my GP told me I’ll become dizzy when I start losing more then 5kg at once and my iron will go down if I don’t eat food and I’ll become drained because of it but this happens cuz the people around you keep talking about your weight make up your mind I like one day you’re telling me to loose weight cuz I’m too fat and the next you’re telling me to gain some weight cuz I’m just a skeleton layered with skin that has no fat whatsoever. What people say can really get to you like on the outside I say ‘so what? There’s nothing wrong with me gaining weight. I like myself I like how much I weigh what’s it to you?’ But inside I’m a very insecure person and everything everyone says gets to me one way or another but some effect me more then others.j

I cried in the first concern, you could tell she was really craving his attention and touch. It seems like she loves him and doesn't want to let go, but she feels like she can't last much longer living unhappily. I hope they work it out. Bora is so adorable, chubby or thin. I think she's fine as she is and I applaud her for being so comfortable with her body. Unless it becomes a health issue I don't see the problem. I love my body, but it took me a while to accept my boobs because they were larger than other girls and girls would pick. I embraced them and love them,but now they've grown too big and are becoming a health issue for my back. It's situations like that, when one should think about changing something on their body. For #3 I think if he's happy leave him alone. I don't understand why Koreans tend to dip in each other's business sometimes. It seems more like he was upset that his friend got a job and wasted the opportunity while the rest of them are struggling. I commend the friend for pursuing what he loves even if others don't believe in him. There were some pretty hot guys in this episode too. :)

I think she became fatter because of her stress and late night eating with tonnes of bread which is high in carb! If they allow her to eat normally, breakfast and lunch and dinner. The second concern!!!! Respect! And a great role model honestly. She's so successful and I can tell that her mum is very proud of her it just sucks how she cares way too much about her looks and weight. But props to the girl for being happy with herself despite being constantly told to lose weight etc etc. It's also kinda mean of the family for telling her to lose weight when they're eating that much food around her! It almost gives them no right to tell her to lose some when they themselves have no discipline towards food.

Obsession with physical appearance is also a health issue. There is no 'normal' body type, that's a misconception. The reason there is a weight range is because no two people really have the same physiology. Physical health is also one part of health. The other is mental. If you are sacrificing your mental state at the expensive of achieving some ideal physical appearance you are still unhealthy. In fact, many instances of physical disease can be traced to stress which is a mental ailment, not physical. People should be more understanding and let go of preconceived physical stereotypes perpetuated by media which change every 20-30 years and ultimately deprive women of the right to control their own bodies.

I just finished watching the second concern, and I just want to praise Bora for the mindset she has. Suffering from body dismorphia and the lack of confidence, I don't like my body and continuously think about dieting. I really admire how she might be chubbier yet is satisfied with her body, and does not feel the need to diet because of the present standards of 'beauty', i hope she stays this way. And i hope that one day I would be able to look down at the scales and see 108lb and still be happy with it.

Girls could get easily dissatisfied with themselves if people tell them that they are fat but this girl seems to be very self realistic and she just appreciates herself.. how beautiful!! Exercising keep you healthy. That is why, everyone is advised to do some exercise no matter how thin or fat they are. I wish I could be like that girl on the 2nd concern. I relate to her and she's just such an inspiration for many people. I'm 14 and weigh 112. Back then when I was 12-13 my whole family and not just my mom tell me I'm fat. My sister is one year older she's shorter and skinnier then I am but I always get compared. People around me always say that I must have stolen her food a lot and every time I hear that all I could do is laugh along and agree with the people even when it breaks my heart to pieces. I was always really depressed about my weight that I hid myself in the bathroom and cried constantly. I cried so much that almost every time I cry now I get blurry vision and it hurts. I still get called fat time to time such as "you have such huge thighs" ,"u have so much fat on ur face","I remember when u were skinny back then","have u tried losing weight or eating less?" I still have insecurities about myself but I wish that someone would be there to support but I never had anyone.

I am so happy to see the girl in the second concern. She's confident about her body and about the way she looks and that's great to see. So many people try to look like (kpop) idols or models nowadays and in the media it is all about being thin. That causes so much pressure especially for young people. But we're not all the same and while some people eat a lot and don't gain weight some people don't eat a lot and gain weight easily. It's okay to be a little bit more chubby but it's also okay to be thin. Both ways are completely alright as long as you're healthy and don't have some sort of eating disorder. One thing really made me smile and that was when the girl said she wanted a boyfriend who loves her the way she is and that's definitely what she deserves :)

After hearing the second concern I realize that I'm really lucky. I was always on the chubbier side and not until last year I lost up to 15kg but no one told me to lose it. I remember in the past I had family members call me fat and chubby and make jokes but none were really that serious. My parents never made a comment and they let me eat what I want. My brother didn't care lol, but I secretly always cared and so I decided to lose weight because I wanted to. I feel so sad like if I was that girl cause I was the same weight as her, idk I might've developed an eating disorder or ended up gaining more weight. She's not obese, she's got a good job and she's a good person... most importantly she's happy with her body and that's what matters

This episode is full of selfish people who either think only about themselves with no regard to their loved ones or try to be so overbearingly controlling towards other people's lives. =_= Concern 1, he doesn't deserve you and you should not allow someone to emotionally abuse you like that. Concern 2, the mother is plain mean and narrow-minded towards standards of beauty to the point of unfairness. Just accept that your daughter is beautiful just the way she is. She's adorable!! The daughter (Bora) is absolutely adorable. No one in her family seems to eat healthily (btw, skinny doesn't mean healthy... her brother is young and he'll probably grow out of eating so much like I did when I was a teen too, but her mother... all that salty fatty food... her arteries and blood pressure must be awful even if her body doesn't hold the fat...) and I think she needs to not overeat either, but that needs to start with her mother. Instead of insulting her daughter (wtf kind of parent!), she should be promoting healthy eating habits herself and PAYING ATTENTION to her as she outright said she doesn't. Let the girl eat regular meals at her own pace without insulting her and let her be happy. She's a beautiful girl and happy in her own body which so very few women are these days, let her be. For the last concern, art is all about what you do with it. You could be a great artist or a mediocre one and it doesn't define how successful you will be. Success is in finding your target market and getting it to them in a way that you can make a living off of it. I think his art concept is quite fun and unique. I would think it'd be great for a newspaper or magazine to have one of his drawings in every issue with the answer in the next one. Or perhaps if he could get the branding sell it as a picture/pictionary game.
