At her age, I would expect many of her family and social circle to either have passed on or be in financial/smaller living situations that wouldn't accommodate her. She likely is completely trapped, not just by the years of mental abuse and societal expectations, but also monetarily. And at this point is likely thinking - it's been 43 years, might as well keep going this way since it's going to end soon anyway. And that is just the most awful, depressing way I can possibly think of to end up in at the twilight of my life; anyone's life. Just terrible.

But I really believe that the common man would be able to speak much more frankly and brutally than the celebrities can on national television, which is why I said that. +TabooTalz to be honest, I've never heard of companies being involved in the editing process of a tv show in korea. hello counselor did an episode with Shinhwa (2013) and basically edited all the good stuff (for a serious concern) and made Shinhwa look bad to the public. that was an example of how selective the editing team was with the material. Can't exactly fault the agencies when the guests' screentime is edited poorly.

I almost cried watching the second case. My dad was in the army too, and he has a bit of a tough attitude but its not as bad. But people have to realizethat being in the army and serving during a harsh period in the army can change people a lot more than we realize. +Nerdy Bunny it is indeed a waste of time. The guy (second concern) seemed pretty vain in the first few minutes which made perfect sense as to why he is single. F4 of Busan? I fail to see how Busan can produce such less than mediocre "F4". I skipped the rest of concern, couldn't be bothered after he introduced his F4 friends. Obviously the producers know he can't win so he was probably invited to knock some sense into his head. As for the comment above, that person thought you were referring to Hyunwoo and Hongbin.

I feel so bad for the mother who has to live with a dictator husband the past 43 years who thinks he is living as an army soldier even when at home .... it feels so hurtful just seeing how the mother forcefully smiles when she is hearing all the nonsense from the husband... especially so when she's singing the song that so aptly depicts her life :( this reminded me so much of my grandfather, who has passed away.... he is soft inside but also cannot express his love to his wife and my grandmother worked so hard, she fell ill.... he cried really hard when she left. which is why i really agree with what Miyoun said about embracing your family when they are there.

Came here for Lee Hyun Woo. I love watching him ever since I discovered his dramas 'Liar and his Lover' and 'Moorim School' . His mature acting skills is insane and I'm glad he's getting more dramas like Money Heist and I think he will have another with Cha Eun Woo. Now I'm watching one of his earliest drama 'Master of Study' his character there is so cute. Whenever he smiles it makes my day.
