What I love about their program is they stay frank without being obviously angry about it. Meaning they can carry it out so well. That way, it won’t be too much to the point where they will fight each other. They are good at keeping their temper and controlling themselves. Not many programs outside their country can be like this, especially in mine. I applaud them for hosting this show so well.

When you love a person and decide to marry them, you marry them for everything about them, not just their physical appearance (usually its just a bonus). 40-60 min of workouts are normal and she has made it a habit, thinking about it is a good sign because it's even harder to continue working out when one stops. She's simply fit, those Korean standards annoy me sometimes. Starving and being skinny is alright, but not working your body out...also of course her body hurts, it gets sore and working out helps it out. Workouts though have to change everyday so each muscle is exercised. I think she's fine and she's being a good influence to her children.
