Thank you! Some days my skin cooperates, others...not so much haha. I try to care about the environment, I feel like being in Vic during very tough restrictions has made it hard :(

Here's the go: visit your local Woolies/Coles on Monday & Tuesday. Buy the mark-downs. Marinade and freeze the excess. Buy fresh veg at markets or anywhere farms serve. You're welcome.

I really like your video, very informative and honest review. I just tried Hello Fresh as a single dude, who is use to ordering takeout far too often, and I'm really impressed with myself even though I'm just following their recipe :). Great stuff. Thanks.

Glad it was helpful! We really enjoy the variety of meals, and I love not having to think about "what's for dinner" haha.

@@therantingmum7872 yeh - i'd b worried about missing out or having to compromise on the 'fresh' aspect that way. if i do join how easy is it to almost immediately turn it off for at least a fortnight? and is your discount code still valid? PS - hope you've got that husband of yours doing more cooking ;-)

I dont mind there meals, I cook one for dinner, then the left overs i eat at work for lunch. even tho its 6 meals for 2 people. I wish they have a program where the driver takes the boxes if you leave em out the front when they deliver your new box.

Great review! We tried HelloFresh for the 1st time this week only paid $10 as we got a free box. It was a good experience I learnt new ways to cook but I agree with you, definitely wouldn't pay full price.
@therantingmum78724 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is a bit pricey without discounts. Keep an eye out they often encourage you back with 40% off etc (you can also see recipes without having to be using them too).

HelloFresh is a German company and the packaging is less than a supermarket because its only packaged one time and not repacked like in a supermarket. The packaging is recycled and they work on more biodegradable packaging. (Sweden works on zero packaging) Therefore its less waste. It’s less food waste as well because of the more efficient food supply and exact quantity known upfront. Bottom line is: less plastic waste, less food waste, less co2 outcome! Therefore green. Especially if you’re not going to drive your SUV to the supermarket...

I've read lots of reviews regarding the payment being very "scammy" apparently it's very difficult to cancel and is not transparent regarding that and a lot of people are complaining about the freshness. From this video it looks ok and you mentioned sometimes it's been iffy but it's been a while and I was wondering if your opinion is still the same. As an Asian family here we are pretty interested in getting some of the western cousines to change things up.

Gr8 to c ur review - and 'eyeball' the products. i think they should produce a 'low meat' version or recipes and double the veg/salad....which is how i tend to eat. ..also i have a couple of issues that would influence me in sometimes getting their products; i'm single....i'm low meat, live in a tiny home with only two burners ....so might find that a challenge...i'm disabled so i minimise how much zooming around the kitchen as i can....and def like to minimise the washing up and use of pots and utensils, bowls etc........ plus how easy might it be to get it only once every three weeks and then get only two meals? i'm a fussy cook - good cook but i get lazy and unmotivated in my old age. alsi - ididn't like how difficult it was in finding a phone number so i could chat and canvass these issues.... and when i pushed thru that n got a phone number i ended up getting someone in manila. ..i like companies who i can call - and when i do get an aussie.

Thanks for the review. Great video! Just a friendly suggestion- if you could speak a bit slower 🤣🤣🤣🤣 - because you don’t stop when you speak, when you speak too quickly, it’s a bit hard to catch up and digest what you have said . The subtitles help but with your speaking speed, it’s also hard to catch up with the subtitles 🤣😂😂😅😅😅 - just want to see a great you tuber becomes greater 👍😀

Dont know abt their food but their Customer Service sucks in Bayswater. Also out of hours deliveries are disturbing neighbourhoods. Illegal operating hours for suburb deliveries.

It’s almost all recyclable and because it is only one serve, there is no food waste. Compare this to the enormous food waste cause by super markets. The biggest myth about HelloFresh is it’s not environmentally l friendly
