Seriously this is the most pathetic acting i have ever seen. if there was an Oscar for overacting they all would win all awards single handedly. Except that girl who played Monika or Sanjana whatever.. They just butchered all characters. A show like "friends" can't be made here & a show like "Tarak mehta ka ulta chasma" can't be made in USA. our culture, upbringing, society is all different. In the year 1999, I think TV was just for entertainment to kids, few sitcoms for adults and informational source to most. Do agree, nobody's parent would have afforded some English channel for their children to watch F.r.i.e.n.d.s aired from US. If people have put some effort to recreate the same entertainment within your parental understanding and you too (both financial wise, price wise and availability of data transfer interfaces), do appreciate it. Don't compare.
