Have you tried JR's Victoria? It's handtied, very lightweight, regular synthetic, longer in front than back (not a pixie, but shorter). Mine have lasted all summer for three, maybe four summers now. One thing: Victoria is pretty straight, not wavy. Still, I like it--and I'm so glad to see/hear from you again!

Cynthia! Just last night I was going through my subscriptions and saw your name. I thought, Well last time I deleted your channel and you came back, so I decided to wait and see...! I'm so happy to see you!! (Can you tell?) Anyway, Brighton looks fabulous on you. I can't even see the lace front. I prefer non rooted colors too, although some of them aren't too bad. Wow, your irises are spectacular! By the way, Paula Young (don't stop reading!) Has a few styles in a collection called Cool Caps and I believe the Wig Company does too. I'm glad you didn't delete me yet! I know the Wig Company has some nice shorter styles, have owned one or two of those. They seem to have more hair and less permatease than most PY styles I've seen. I had some issue with them, philosophically, that is, not the wigs. Appreciate the suggestion and glad to see you again! God bless!

Have you looked at the new Belle Tress City Collection? They have some nice unrooted blondes. Take a look at Los Angeles. It has a really cute cut and is shorter in the back. The stock photo is horrible but there have been many good reviews of it. 😊

I won't be purchasing any more Belle Tress wigs. Yes, some of the new ones are pretty, but I can't justify paying the inflated prices and the company has gotten very strange with the attitude of the owner with the defective products she refuses to recognize. It's sad because the brand was my go-to for years.

What I am wearing this summer is JR Mariske Petite in Mallibu Blonde, which is rooted but pretty good. I also have it in Pralines and cream but that is too warm for me. I would be happy to send you that one if you wanted to to try it. Useless to me. It is hand tied and it might help you see if you find the hand tied hot. I do not, but I am buzzed.

I did look at that one yesterday, Margaret. I appreciate the offer, but not necessary. You're such a peach! I think because it is an older style, I should be able to find a good price if I want to go that route. I did see a couple of cute newer styles, but alas, those prices, ugh. Glenn by Amore is really cute, Kari by Envy is another one. I will probably look ridiculous in a pixie, but you never know, as long as it's a longer pixie around the ears and nape.

Look at Toni Bratton - you would be Light Blonde. Also, she has a headband wig that might work for you. Ignite by Jon Reneau Toni Bratton has many, many short shaggy styles; its hard to tell the differences, but I assume they are subtle

I don't ever wear basic cap wigs anymore because the front band at the hairline always makes me itch. I realize I will have a difficult time finding lace front, low to no permatease, non-rooted blonde wigs in today's market.

My glasses are a style called Crane from Eye Buy Direct. I saw a Brighton in clearance in Caramel Kiss, been there awhile. I used to wear a color called 1226CH so I know those chunky highlights. They're not for everybody, but I made mine work and I think you will, too. Appreciate the comment!

That might work for a lot of women, for sure. Unfortunately, I'm so hot natured that the band would probably give me a headache. Thank you for the suggestion, though! I have often wished that the baseball cap hair pieces came in more colors and in a curly style as well. Seems like they don't put much work into producing more variety in those.

I love Ellen Wille, but she has zero non-rooted blondes, unfortunately. I have owned a few and they fit well, was looking at some today. Alyssa is cute, but again, a basic cap. I have a lot of requirements, I guess!

You are missed in the honest wig review world. Yes I have several suggestions. You can contact me, and I will be happy to share. I would rather email you. I may still have your email from getting Norah in bamboo from you, if you want me to contact you . But my number one suggestion to you is, don't wear a wig around the farm. I imagine you don't, why would you? I live on an island, and I don't wear a wig while at home. Only when I know I'll encounter other people, which I imagine is the same for you. That being said. I do have several good, cool feeling wigs in similar color which are are short at least 2-3 inch nape, none rooted I can recommend or even send for you to try. No, I do not sell wigs, ever. But if it's one you might like and love I I'm happy to give it.
