@@TheKingOfLust69420 Oh, no, the mod kit. To MAKE them, to play SOME of them you need the game, to play a lot of them, just the mod kit. But if you want to make them, you must have a PC and the mod kit (only requirements)

Okay, what the heck is this game he's playing? Hello Neighbor Mod Kit? Can someone explain me what a Hello Neighbor Mod Kit even is? And why is this person attempting to speedrun Hello Neighbor? Isn't Hello Neighbor a horror game?

Um bro. You do not know how many people speedrun hello neighbor. Also hello neighbor isn’t that of a horror game anymore, and also is it illegal to speedrun a horror game? No matter what game it is some people will still try and speedrun it. And hello neighbor mod kit is a mod for hello neighbor where people can make their own hello neighbor, like they can change the neighbors house, your house, and maybe even the environment around it.
