Btw I want to let you know that, Alex the CEO of tinybuild confirmed that crwoface is a fake version of the guest ( the person we see in the games ) crowface is the forest protector cult or ravens society. There goal is to give themselves good luck with and the rest of the town bad luck. They use the luck devices for themselves in the rituals and the golden apple coins for everyone else to have bad luck. They worship the guest and the guest used to be an ancient race of creatures got extinct. They were banished in ancient times but one of them came back aka the guest. Also the bully’s that did this to Mr Peterson’s brother were actually, principal Abinante, the mayor, Gerda the baker, and officer Leslie Kornwell. Also Mr Peterson’s brother was in the games on a painting showing him and his brother. But notice that in the painting there both adults. And also the animated series is a bit different from the games but it’s still canon. This is confirmed by tiny build on discord that there’s a reason for the differences and it has something to do with Mayak aka the weather station which in the books and games is confined to be built by Mr Peterson’s parents Roger and Adele Peterson who weren’t that great of people. Also it’s confirmed that Mr Peterson did something to start all of this even before what happened to his brother Franklin and his parents did something as well. It’s also confirmed that Mr Peterson when he was kid had a best friend named Ike Gershowitz and they used to break into places as kids as well and go into the weather station tunnels. And also in the books and games Ike was murdered by the cult and his body was left in an abandoned golden apple factory. And also because Mr Peterson had a luck device to have good luck for himself and everyone else bad luck, his amusement park rides had some sort of death every time he opened one. One of those deaths being lucky Yi who in the books and games isn’t confirmed to be friends with Aaron and Mya and was friends with Maritza but she doesn’t like to talk about Lucy and Mya. And for years Mr Peterson ever since he was a kid looked up to his parents even when they did wrong and he got too obsessed with the mysteries and sold his soul to the devil many times which caused bad luck to be brought to his family. His brother, parents, his wife, daughter, and son, and many others all around. Mr Peterson tries to contain his dark side but sometimes it’s hard too. Also the guest manipulated Aaron to help the other kids escape the basement in search and rescue or the finale of season 1 and the guest did that so he can give the kids bad luck and that’s why disaster is happening in season 2. Yeah this lore is crazy. Yeah this lore is crazy.

I think I got the storyline down, Theo Peterson aka the neighbor had an amusement park, someone died in it and had to shut it down, the Peterson family was going downhill in finance so they moved into a different house to start a new life (I’m not going to do sentences so it’s faster) the neighbor and his wife went for a drive when suddenly they crashed, I think the guest caused it, the neighbor was depressed as well as their kids and Arron the son accidentally pushed Mya the sister off the roof on accident so the neighbor lost his daughter and his wife, he buried his daughter in the backyard so Arron didn’t get arrested, the neighbor was scared of loosing his only family member left and locked him in the basement, Nicky Roth, Arron’s friend heard the neighbor locking him in the basement( I forgot to add the reason why, he did it so he didn’t loose his son) so Nicky went investigating and got caught by the neighbor and locked Nicky in the basement so the authorities don’t come ( also the neighbor loss his brother too) Nicky escapes and the neighbor goes into hiding with Arron so the authorities don’t come, this detective Quinn I forgot his name starts looking for Arron and Mya because they are reported missing so he finds the neighbor and takes pictures of him grabbing Arron so the neighbor grabs s shovel and starts walking towards Quinn so he runs away in his car and sees the crow head the guest and crashes in a barn just how the neighbor crashed his car with his wife, so Quinn escapes and the neighbor hits him with the shovel, and the neighbor takes out the photos so there’s no evidence, so since the neighbor runs away quinn starts looking for him and finds him in a warehouse and finds Arron because Arron threw a paper airplane that said help me with his missing photo, so quin finds him but the neighbor sees this and locks quin in the cell that Arron was in, he escapes and grabs Arron and runs but the neighbor sees this and starts walking to quin and Arron but a crow thingy falls in the neighbor and Arron was crying because he didn’t want to lose his dad and starts trying to get the statue off, but quin gets hit by someone and I think this is the shadow dude from the first game, fast forward 20 years later Nicky Roth gets evicted from his apartment and moves to his old house and he’s still traumatized from the neighbor so he gets a dream of the neighbor but somehow locks him in a house with the shadow dude, I think the shadow dude is the crow head dude the guest and is the demon of the mr Peterson, so Nicky moves on and the story ends, I hope this is popular my fingers hurt!

Theory: The kids that were after the young neighbor and his brother are the characters from hello neighbor 2. The one in the skeleton outfit was the mayor, the astronaut costume one was the police officer, the ninja was the baker, and the witch is the principal. Also, the shadow monster could be the neighbor's brother, because when the purple explosion happened in the hole that the brother fell in, it casted a shadow, looking like the shadow monster.
