Another Way of getting into basement= Get back up to the upper area and use the magnet gun through the door to get the red key and then go to the basement door without the Neighbor seeing if he does see run to the other side into your house and grab something and when he comes out throw it at him and he will fall now go to the basement and unlock the door and then your in
