I think,for the neighbor leaks,its starting to get to secret neighbor lore. Hes possibly being possessed by "The Thing",cause whenever you die as neighbor in secret neighbor,the thing appears with their hands out,then they quickly disappear.

you missed 2 vital details 1. the children seem to be laughing at finch. i think this is because, she joins the group of oddballs (the inventors club) which is hysterical as finch is portrayed as the popular mean girl similar to our popular jock delroy 2. the camera she holds belngs to quentin. its in hn2 and this means that the inventors club entrusts her with a mission and she either stole this camera or he's helping the kids on the sidelines and doesn't get more info than the kids

The kids are not laughing at finch, they are laughing at whatever Finch is aiming the camera at, and also there is no confirmation that is Quentin’s, I doubt they would have a connection. It could just be more weird raven brooks tech

I have another theory, nicky ecaped the basement through the window and tried opening the door to Aaron. but when Nicky took off the wood plank the thing went up to him and showed nicky some illusion that made his eyes brown. Then the thing said dont open the door or escape because it's unsafe and always wear the bag that you were given to make you safe. Then nicky put the plank back on the door walked back to the room fixed the window and begged mr peterson to let him leave safley and with his permisson.
