Par kuch log ko hota hai. Par muje na headace, mood swing, back pain, craving aur uncomfortable feel hota hai. Aysa nahi hai ki sab ladki ko apne periods pe dard hota hai. Muje thi nahi hota.

Mere to 10 saal se period suru hui thi. Pehle to 4 din hote the aur ab to 3 din ho rahe he kiuki meri umra ab 18 saal he iska matlab mai dhire dhire bari ho rahi hu. Aur mere period kam hote ja rahe he. 45 se 55 saal ke bich period khatam ho jayega.
