I genuinely like how Rosie, a straight up cannibal overlord, gave Charlie advice relating to her and Vaggies relationship. While on the other hand, Carmilla she not only taught Vaggie how to defeat the exorcists (which seriously Im with Vaggie how come no one at least tried it), but she also gave her advice for when she fights which is to do it for the one she loves. Im sure it sounds cringy for some but it genuinely is good advice cause it really gave her a bigger motivation than vengeance

Man I love Adam😭😭 He's an absolute asshole but his line delivery is increadibly great. It somehow makes him charming if that makes sense? Idk I might just be biased because I adore his va Alex Brightman and Adam is literally based off of him (fun fact, in ep 6 they referenced the song "stick it to the man" from school of rock musical which Alex was in, I'd recommend listening to it because it gives off absolute Adam vibes and it's a total banger!)

Well, for sinners heal from any damage that was not done by angelic weaponry. I think it’s pretty safe to say that the same can be assumed for winners/angels. and since Vaggie’s original wings are long gone, that means regrowing them. It feels like the main reason she didn’t get them back earlier was her self-hatred, and when she let that go during her sparring session with Carmilla, they came back. And as for where they went at the end, probably retracted. Like how Lucifer keeps his wings retracted most of the time, or Angel’s third pair of arms.

When it comes to the pacing issues you brought up in the intro, its because they were only given 8 episodes for season 1. Personally, i think it was handled pretty well

I genuinely wonder how this show would have turned out if they got 10 or 12 episodes instead of 8. Cuz my main 2 issues are the show are it's fast pacing and little time spent developing the bonds between the characters. I feel like a 12 episode season would have been fantastic. I guess all that can be hoped for in the future is a longer Season 2. (and maybe Season 3 but idk if it will go on that long)

Big agree on the pacing issue, the whole point of the show is trying to prove damned souls can go to heaven, but it feels like we only got like 3 episodes with any actual lessons/exercises in "betterment" and then episode 5 opened like "NOTHING'S WORKING THE DEADLINE IS TOMORROW". It sucks because I know the issue is that they only got 8 episodes, and obviously they wanted to go all out for s1 in case they didn't get a s2, but it really does make the pacing feel all screwed up. Still like the show a lot, but it is a fairly glaring issue to me. No comment on the eggs, I have resisted the urge thus far and shall continue doing so.
