Hey lovely just thought I would message as I feel you’re pain so much skin wise and I went on the pill and it cleared my skin massively! I had struggled for years before this but then decided due to mental health wise I wanted to come off it and boom my skin went wild. It was the most severe acne I’ve ever experienced. I am now on medication for it so not to scare you at all but the things that helped me before that was the inky list sacylic acid cleanser, or if you have sensitive skin youth to the people super food cleanser and then all I would use is a thin layer of Vaseline before bed (I got told this by my facial lady ) also taking collagen really helped. But also looking into a brand called environ, or I think it’s Zo skincare, their skincare for acne or spot prone skin is incredible xx
