I remember in college (in America) I blew my nose at an event and the Iranian next to me looked at me so shocked and said "in my country blowing your nose in public is very rude". I was surprised because to me it's much worse to be sniffing constantly or have snot running down your face. But I appreciate that he realized right away that it was a cultural difference.

Dear! Your English speaking has a lot of problems and mistakes, while you carry yourself like you know it well! I just give you a couple of them as examples: 1." I have saw" is WRONG, " I have seen" is correct. 2. You mispronounce a lot of words, ridiculously. 3: you are having a fake and awkward accent just to avoid your Persian accent. Having your own Persian accent is much better than having this funny fake accent. 4: in English we don't call that "Manto", we call it " duster or cardigan". Please try to work on these.
