The striped dress is SO beautiful on you! I have a very similar body type to you and I want it! I can totally relate to your body image comments. I workout just like you and I am so strong, and in those moments I feel so great about myself. The second I feel bloated I immediately think "I am so out of shape, why am I not skinnier, I haven't been eating well enough, I need to lose weight." Which is SO not true because our bodies are so healthy and strong. Think about how sad life would be if we didn't indulge in that good pasta or glass of wine... I think most women have experienced what you did. It’s a reminder that we can be so kind and loving to others but not to ourselves and if only we spoke to ourselves the way we would speak to others. I just had the same thing happen to me when I went to meet Cody Rigsby a few weeks ago. I bought a new dress was so excited to wear it I felt so good leaving the house then I saw the picture I took with him at a bad angle (even Cody complimented the dress) & I got soooo upset I cried & felt so disgusted in myself. I walked out of the event & I got sooo many compliments on my dress with so many people asking where it was from which made me feel better but still I couldn’t get out of my head. It’s just so hard with social media & all the pressure put on people to be perfect that it really can mess with you.

I also struggle with body image & dysmorphia 🥲 I don’t have a flat stomach and I’ve always had a little pouch, no matter how thin I was. It’s something I’m working on accepting and loving but it’s so hard 😪 I’m glad that I’m not alone and can relate to you!
