The sale price of the electricity units should be increased every year at the same rate as the RBI rate of interest, so that the financing is in sync with rate of return, otherwise why would someone invest money and take the risk of high inflation and high interest rate with fixed return business model. You would think the govt. is smart enough to take care of these dumb issues, but of-course, who are we kidding, it is the government.

मी एक महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकरी असून, मी मुख्यमंत्री सौर कृषी योजनेअंतर्गत शक्ती सोलर पंप 3Hp चा 3 वर्षांपूर्वी खरेदी केला. कंपनी तर्फे दिलेला 5 वर्षाचा नैसर्गिक विमा हा फक्त दिखाव्या साठी असून ते कोणत्याच शेतकऱ्याचे प्रश्न समजून सुद्धा घेत नाहीत आणी कोणत्याच शेतकऱ्यांना अशा अनेक अडचणी ला सामोरे जावे लागते आणी कंपनी त्यांच्या कोणत्याच तक्रारीच निवारण करत नाहीत. माझा शेतात लावलेला सोलर वादळी वाऱ्यामुळे खराब झाला आणी मी त्याचा पंचनामा सुद्धा तलाठी व हवामान कार्यालय मार्फत केला असून अद्याप कंपनी चा कुठलाच फोन आला नाही.

Let's take 70% loan that means 2.59cr at 3% p.a. Let's assume on emi basis the loan will be paid in 25years Emi per month 122000rs. Earnings after interest and maintenance cost =300000 Now with this money you can invest on sip basis in large cap. If you even manage to get 10% CAGR..by the end of 25years you will have 40cr with you You are only investing on the land plus 30% of the cost of the plant which is 1.11cr The land will appreciate over time The smart money will move here. PPA agreement between State Govts Is at lowest today. Not more than Rs 3.5 per unit.. No one is taking the consideration what if State govt. Does not renew the agreement after its expiry.? The best solution to this uncertainty is Try to install this Unit near Industrial Areas and try to sell the Units to nearby industrial factories as they are buying not less than Rs 7-8 from Govt. That's way you can enjoy faster payback..

3.7 crore's 30% is 1.11 crore which user have to bear . if you have 1.1 crore already put in bank bank are already giving you 7.25 % . which brings you to daily income of 22k . which is still 6k more than what he is earning and best of all you don't have to do any thing .
