이 곡은 언젠가 무조건 역주행할거라 믿어 의심치 않음.. 13년 3월군번으로 훈련소와 후반기교육을 마치고 자대에 갔을 때.. 첫 주말을 맞이하고 침상에서 무릎 위 주먹쥐고 뻣뻣하게 각잡고 앉아 티비로는 감히 얼굴도 못돌리고 정말 귀로만 수십 수백번을 들었던 노래. 13-14년사이 군복무중 보고 들었던 온 나라를 떠들석하게 만들었던 수많은 명작, 명곡들... 명량, 인터스텔라, 겨울왕국, 국제시장, 엑소의 으르렁, 가왕 조용필의 복귀, 크레용팝의 빠빠빠, 도대체 저건 뭐냐고 했던 방탄소년단의 데뷔(군대였기때문에 그룹명자체에 거부감이 심했음) 등등... 떠올려보자면 정말 끝도없이 많겠지만 가장 기억에 남는건 아침출근길마다 듣는 헬로비너스의 이 노래다.. 이상하게 심장이 콩닥콩닥하게 만들고 왠지 벅차오르고 힘차지는듯한 노래.. 꼭 역주행해서 더 많은 사람들이 들어주고 오랫동안 기억해줬으면 좋겠다.

비너스 처음엔 그냥 지나가다 들어서 흥얼 거리던 중에 한창 남자의 자격 합창단 할 때 윤조가 들어왔고 덕분에 헬로비너스를 알게됐었음 그러면서 영상 찾고 노래 듣다가 자연스레 입덕했고 비너스의 탄생 다 챙겨보고 그 중에 리더 유아라를 제일 좋아했었음ㅠㅠ 오늘 뭐해로 완전 팬이됐지.. 그때 팬싸도 갔었는데 대전 영풍문고ㅋㅋㅋ 실물이 진짜 대박이었음 그때 기억은 잊을 수가 없다 싸인 받을 때 앨리스 한테 저도 가수 할거에요 라고 말하니까 꼭 나중에 만나요 라는 말이랑 라임이랑 눈 마주쳤을 때 너무 부끄러워서 고개 푹 숙이고ㅋㅋ등등 그리고 팬카페에 멤버들 떴다는 소식에 글 막 쓰다가 나라가 댓글도 달아줬었는데 캬 차마실래?로 드디어 뜨겠다 했는데 갑작스런 긴 공백기와 결국 팀 리빌딩.. 그때 가장 좋아했던 유아라, 앨리스가 빠지게 됐고 컨셉도 섹시로 변경하면서 아쉬워하며 덕질 그만 뒀었는데..(멤버 탈퇴가 가장 마음 아팠음ㅠ) 나의 중학생 시절은 정말 헬로비너스가 큰 축이었다 항상 노래듣고 사진도 보고 동경심도 가지고 제가 음악을 하고 싶게한 이유 중 하나였음 쓰다보니까 추억에 잠기네.. 내가 앞으로 인생을 살면서 헬로비너스처럼 열정적으로 덕질할 연예인이 있을까 싶다

When I first got into K-pop, my friend introduced me to Hello Venus. This, along with What Are You Doing Today?, was one of my very first K-pop songs. It's just sad that I might never see this concept by them ever again. I may not have officially joined their fandom, but I did love their music. They've changed, and I'm a big fan of the sexy concept, but what they're doing now is just not my style. I guess I just really came back here to reminisce the old days. Sigh.

Joey Sakura umm... no... that's not gonna happen... after school has used totally different styles and still they kill it. HV meanwhile has only done two different concepts. They are far from AS. In addition, they are not in the same company now, so I don't see the need of comparing.

Joey Sakura that is a very good speculation, but Hello Venus current belongs to Fantagio. I think Pledis no longer has ties to Hello Venus now that Ara and Yoon Jo aren't part of the group (since it was a collab between the two companies). I think HV's new concept is just them trying to grow as a group.

okay so i realize that I wrote this in a middle of a rage and i realize that the comment was slightly mean on my part. Seoyoung and Yeoreum are cute i really love them a lot and i was just angry when i said they were as pretty as other members. they are, i was just not used to them which is why i had thought like that. anyways, i'm so glad fantiago is actually promoting them though. i'll just pray they go back to this concept soon :/

​@@laynaran4890 Yes, of course. If HELLOVENUS is under the auspices of PLEDIS, maybe their fate will be the same as AFTER SCHOOL and PRISTIN, very less promotion. It's a shame they changed the concept while in Fantagio but very lucky they were still promoted by Fantagio, even though at that time Fantagio and Pledis ended their joint venture.

As a musician I agree. Asians love Pachelbel's Canon and this variation on the melody blended into dance pop rock says classic 2nd Gen kop at its finest. I'm old but and I never get tired of this song or it's naivete concept/theme. Early HelloVenus at thier peak cuz what came next was not the same group.
