Thank you for explaining it so well. I had to be induced at 35 weeks due to HELLP syndrome in 2020 and i did not understand what happendd to me past what i was told on the phone which was " youre liver is doing scary thing" and there were liver enzymes. This explains things better and holy shit, terrifying.

The bilirubin is from RBC hemolysis.
