thank you for playing Teemo and showcasing. i can see only 2 flaws from the distance: 1) you often go solo face-checking dark areas & seeking for a kill which sadly leads to your downfall in 2 or more instances 2) you often carry mushrooms at full capacity which are useless until you drop them somewhere. you can for example put 1 mush on an empty lane to give your minions a slight advantage (slow push)

First strike is essential for Teemo in my opinion, the fact that it can proc on your traps from the other side of the map is a huge advantage over electrocute.

A really funny build I’ve been doing rn is full 2nd support and going with Sweet tooth, transcendence, nimbus, and empowered attack and then build mana boots, seedjar, riftmaker. I got the idea from an old video from some other wr KZbinr. First few games you will int but once you learn the play style you’ll be permanently ganking mid lane and makings the enemy jungles life hell with like 60 ability haste two items and turning your half of the map into a minefield. Farming the honey fruit gave me like 1300 in a 20 minute game

Other than the tanky comp situation you mentioned, the other times I've gone Runaan's on Teemo is jungle Teemo for the clear speed (only if they're ungankable), and split-push Teemo, just for killing minions faster. But yeah, his range is just too short for it to be a slam dunk pick every game.

Teemo is just a vibe ngl ... Phase rush teemo is so underrated too in lane.. You get Sonic speed and can chase easy.

Well... The point of Runaan's is when you're against many melee that wants to group. The reason you're not feeling good with it is just because assassin Teemo is stronger in the meta rn and it's so easy to burst squishy targets. Another is as you stated you're suffering from 6 slot syndrome, you can't be having Runaan's and still be assassin. Runaan's identity is for teamfight not assassination and so you should shift your runes for it. Try Fleetfootwork, Gathering Storm, Cut Down, Alacrity / Overgrowth or Boneplate. For items you'd go Mana Boots, Liandry's, Runaan's, Crown, Deathcap, and Item of your choice (e.g. Riftmaker, Crystalline). You can use ghost but that would mean you're opting for lategame teamfight and not winning lane. Spacing is key for this playstyle, you can also build Crown earlier if necessary.

I tend to just poke the enemies out of their mind soo with that kind of playstyle i go with Vosmic Drive, I agree on Stasis or QSS if you need it but protobelt for this kind of playstyle can also be very good.
