Something a lot of reactors don't catch because of not knowing the term, is Crimson called Millie Moxxie's "beard". This is a term for a person that a gay person is dating or has married to "appear straight" (with or without the beard's knowledge that this is happening). Crim is insinuating that Moxxie married Millie not because he loved her but to hide that he was gay (Crim made it clear with the "I'm bisexual." "Yeah, gay." that he thinks bisexual men are "just gay"). Calling Moxxie a liar and a coward with just one word. Quite an insult to the deep love the audience knows those two have and painting a very clear image of Crimson's views. (Someone having a beard as a partner isn't necessarily a matter of cowardice-- it could be a mutual agreement for safety's sake-- but that could be interpreted as Crimson's intent in this scene)

It's also important to note now that Hazbin Hotel is out and canon that there are actual sharks from Greed or Envy, and "Sharks", sinners who took the form of sharks after dying. If you see a shark outside of Pride, it IS a hellborn, but if you see them in Pride, they could be either, as sinners cannot leave Pride.
