Honestly, i dont think that Andrealphus would have anything to say about Octavia. Sure he hates Stolas but she isnt doing anything against Stella and also seems to Avoid Conversation with her Parents completly when both are in the same Room. I think both Octavia and Andrealphus have a rather Neutral thinking between each other
