Stolas actually loves Blitzo now. But Blitzo doesnt believe it's possible because of all his past failed relationships. The two of them have some communication issues and they're both going through rough personal conflicts. This episode really put it out there how oblivious Blitzo is to Stolas' attempts to love him, but also allows us to interpret that Blitzo is scared to love him back if he himself does feel something. Blitzo makes Stolas happy and excited to be with someone , and Blitzo needs a person who actually loves him and is willing to commit to who he is as a person ):

It's interesting to see all these comparisons: -Moxie & Millie's stable relationship. -Stolas' cheating on his wife with Blitzø and causing problems in his own family. -Blitzø and his "relationship"/exchange with Stolas with repressed feelings from his past of bad relationships with (what looks like) his childhood friend Fizzerolli, Ex-GF Verosika, and some sort of family drama we have yet to see. Which all leads to Blitzø being jealous of M&M's relationship and trying to foil it (cuz he doesn't have that), and pushing people away (Stolas) becuz he doesn't want to be hurt again like all the other times in his life.

I mostly agree except for one part. blitz, was looking at his past relationships, from his adoption of luna, as u could see she didnt seem happy about it, to verosika, which we know how that relationship ended, to fizzeroli, it looked like they used to be friends when they were kids, and their friendship had a bitter end, to finally, the final picture. That made him cry. his very first relationship showed a picture of him as a todler, with fizzaroli, but in this one, the family resemblance was obvious. they were twins, and if you know anything about twins, they have a tight bond, but even that was broken. And the worst part is that behind him, was what looked to be blitz and fizzaroli's mom, and as she isnt in the series, i assume that something happened to their mom and for blitz, from that moment on, everything he tried to build fell apart. right down to even his earliest memories. He jus wants to be loved, like things were when his mom was alive. when he still had his brother. when they were a family. He desperately wants to go back to those days, even adopting luna so that he had someone. It's sad but im excited to see where this finale goes.

I have a feeling Blitz is actually from the Lust Ring, based on his heart marking, sexual personality and his...well-endowed....-ness. Now I might be wrong about this but... Asmodeus is a baron of hell, a sinner with enough power to assert dominance in hell. Stolas is a prince of hell, a powerful individual who was given responsibility over an aspect of hell by the king Lucifer. Stolas is relatively week compared to other princes while we can assume Asmodeus is pretty strong. Stolas becomes nervous when he hears Asmodeus' name and also doesn't resist when Deus forces him back into his chair as he is trying to leave.

The biggest point of note is, why would Stolas, a Goetic Prince with a beautiful (in all but personality) wife and daughter, just suddenly decide to accept the proposition of some random, bald imp that owns a failing assassination business to have sex if he and Stella were in a functioning relationship. I theorize that their marriage had been tepid from the beginning, and now that Stella had Octavia to serve as a fait accompli, the relationship between Stolas and Stella was probably getting progressively more and more strained and rocky, with Solas cheating on her serving as the final nail in their relationship's coffin.

I love that they actually used Asmodeus. As in mythology, he is actually one of the Seven Princes of Hell. He is the Demon of Lust. I love that this series tends to use actual demons from religions and Mythology, and give them an original and unique design. Stolas, a Great Prince of Hell in religion/mythology (Not one of the sins), is usually depicted as a large owl with very long legs. In this show, he is a very tall humanoid owl with very long legs. I cannot wait to see all the other 7 sins. Edit: We have seen another, though. Lucifer, who is Pride. But idk if he is one of the sins though, in this series.

Stolas' wife had already left him by this point. The way he couldn't stand up for Blitz while Millie jumped into to stand up to Moxxie shows two starkly different relationships. Stolas is trying to fill a void of loneliness from his marriage, caused him to lose what he had, and being outed and cowering when it mattered most proves what Blitz told him in the van.

Yeah, there's also that whole scene with striker to consider, too and how it got to Blitzo to be reminded that Stolaz's constant belittling him and minimizing of him to a 'plaything' too. I think he's trying to keep Stolaz at arm's length because of that, too. He wants to be seen by everyone as competent and able to do his job, and Stolaz is always sort of unintentionally speaking to the contrary. I feel like I would be skeptical of someone saying "I love you" When they brush off who YOU want to be so casually. That being said. It's not intentional. There's definitely a lot of classisism that plays into it, but Stolaz's disregard isn't malicious, and I definitely think that it's something that they could work through if they actually TALKED to eachother.

...Blitz has blacked himself out of every photo in his apartment. All the stuff on the wall are things he cares about; Moxxie, Millie, his sister, and Loona...he's even got her adoption certificate hanging prominently...but he's removed himself from all of them. In his mind, they're better off without him. We knew the character has a lot of issues, but that level of self loathing is more extreme than I was expecting. The last scene with Stolas was even more heartbreaking after having the context of the final portion of the episode, as it looked to me like Stolas did want for there to be more between them, but his reaction at the club just reinforced Blitz's view that he was just the prince's latest toy. Something to be used, and then abandoned when no longer interesting. Can I just state that I did not expect to tear up watching an animated show that focuses on literal demons from hell who kill people for a living, but I did...this one hurt.

Asmodeus is one of the Seven Deadly Sins as Lord of Lust. It's why Stolas couldn't do anything to Asmodeus and Fizzarolli mocking him and Blitz. Stolas is only the 4th most powerful in hell, whereas Asmodeus and the rest of the Deadly Sins are 3rd, had he talked back he probably would have either been killed or nearly beaten to death by Asmodeus.

I think... Blitz sees Moxie and Millie as relationship goals as he, himself, is a narcissist who takes things literally. I believe that he thinks he can learn how to be in a nontoxic relationship by stalking M&M. Then Osmodius reveals that Blitz ruined Stolas's family life, and now Blitz is pushing Stolas away out of guilt. I also think that the core of his toxicity lies in his Mother. I think his Mother was killed protecting him from a Purge Angel, he then runs for his life, saved by a Hell Horse, and believes that he won't find love like that anywhere else, from anyone else, which is why he never takes his relationships seriously... until he meets Moxie and Millie.

I think you missed that Osmodius and Fizzeralis have a loving relationship like Moxie and Milly, but its not what the club is about. Osmodius respects Solis's going for the love he wants, but it to juicy to rip him in the club. Did you see how worried Osmodius was about Fizzeralis when Milly knocked him out? Those are his two sisters. Tilla and barbie-wire. (Tillas the tall one). They used to perform at the loo loo land we see in episode two as clowns that would hand out balloons to children, which we can tell when blitz and octavia in sync say "i hate that fuckin' clown", because it shows him in a clown suit with balloons. We dont really know much other than that. I have a theory i made up with my friend where either blitz was getting abused with his sisters by his parents, so they had to split up and move away to where they could never talk again, or tilla and barbie died. Well, I've seen a comment somewhere else. We know M&M are from Wrath. It's guessed that Blitzo is from another ring, most likely Envy. He's envious of M&M being a good couple which could also explain why past relationships didn't work. He'd be with someone like Verasaka and see other couples and be envious or envious that Fizz was a better circus thing. But yeah, Stolas hiding in fear when confronted put the nail in the coffin for Blitzo, you could see the pain in his face.
